    It kinda makes me wonder what the quality of the box and contents of the inevitable KO of this will look like.

    Ouch. With the paint issues this kinda makes me ok with the fact that I ultimately decided not to get him. And I am not ok with that.

    I don't mind as much if it's a way to differentiate between mall releases and general releases. Matte for Mall and glossy general release, it will be interesting to see what Shockwave and Megatron's box looks like.

    Or this was just the Vietnam factory and somebody didn't do their job right. I could see them "eating " the bad boxes versus discarding them and redoing them for a mall repaint.

    I drunk-purchased this while grabbing some other stuff from A-E and ended up paying $90 something for it, not incl. shipping ... I deserve to suffer haha

    Yeah A-E's price on this was not good haha
    I only purchased it from them because I figured there would be a new G1 MP the month after that I could ship him out with. As of right now I have nothing on pre-order from AE (went with Amazon Japan for 20+).

    Even though it was expensive I still went with EMS because I'm having G1 MP withdrawals :lol

    I’ll prolly be waiting til Nov for this guy but through all my impatience, I have to admit $6 shipping was awesome after paying through the nose on big bulk shipments these past months ...
