Sorry about the picture uploading upside down. Couldn't figure out how to fix that.

My V1 had a much bigger chip than that. Right through the paint to the bare plastic and it bugged me so much I bought the reissue. In Bobby Skullface’s review video I’m pretty sure you can see a chip on the left shoulder just like mine. It’s been a long time since I watched it so I may have the wrong reviewer.

I still can't see the chip...but thanks for trying to, because I'd hate to chip mine. No issues so far but who knows.

It's right where the two shadows on the left shoulder intersect. It's hard to see, but I imagine it'd stand out quite a bit under normal light.

Was it ever confirmed if the the Reissue MP-36 was ever different to the first release?
I recall talk of better paint on the reissue but wasn't sure if this was just what people were hoping for.

Oh yes I remember now I heard somethings were also tightened and possibly the face colour was ever so slightly changed?
    Do you own both?

No, I have the first version, I just remember people saying the face was a little more grayer and the better applied paint. My original one wasn't that bad, i got the nick in the arm from the pin and some scratches on his legs from transforming him but for the most part the paint on mines is pretty good.

My V2 seems to be holding up better to transformation so far. Two rounds back and forth and no paint chips that I have found so far.

I'm trying to get a reissue version. Do you happen to have that little stamped serial number at the bottom of the box?

Pretty sure any major retailer that still has Megatron in stock is selling the re-release version, as the original release sold out pretty quickly. It's smaller retailers/eBay sellers you may have to be more wary of.

I guess everything is debatable and subjective. Me on the other hand think hes perfect. No qualms nor wishes. Just an absolute joy.

    Thanks for that!
I have the opportunity to get "I1917" but wasn't sure what version that would be...
