    This!

Especially those asking for a cheap KO version. I mean, I own 2 KOs, a G1 Devs until Takara released (Encore 20 and 20A) them and a G1 Grimlock, until I got a 2nd hand owned near lower mint from ebay. So the others are now for spare parts. Not condemning them as I am equally guilty. Reason getting them? Takara never re released them/re-issued them until recently.

I too own #6 3rd party TFs (not that many) and love 'em all.

Again, I got them because Takara/Hb never released modern versions of them (Phoenix, Quickswitch and Broadside (the official version suck btw cough cough Quickswitch and Broadside).

So the primary reason for me to get non official ones is that there are no official versions of them anymore.

Nothing beats 1st party of course. There are disappointments with the QC but that's part of the hobby. Praying I don't get a lemon of course though.

So MP-47 was assembled in China instead of Vietnam?

Hopefully Lio Convoy won't have such issues.

Chinese sellers on taobao now warn buyers the product has high probability to be flawed.

So that's how it is now. They mark it on the box Vietnam but actually assembled in China. Thanks for clarifying.

I'm asking this as I am still waiting for my MP-47 to be cleared from customs.

Is the a facepalm smilies here? Again another set of prayers not to get a lemon Hound.

The is no reason for you or anyone to have to feel that way. Issues should always be the exception to the rule. This release is straight up unacceptable.

Is this a crack which close to the left chair rotate area? I can’t really figure out. Anyone has similar issue as mine?

It’s a bit hard to tell. There doesn’t appear to be much of a gap there, so, it might just be a ridge left over from the molding process (parting line where the two halves of the mold come together). My copy has the same feature there and it is not cracked.

    I'd say that's a crack.

    Thanks Guys to comment.

Actually I have two copies, exactly same feature at same place. If Fschuler confirmed same thing from his copy, probably it is a ridge left over form molding process even I can't make sure.

All of the attention on the defective plastic has overshadowed the important question about MP-47…

What’s up with that port on his back? It’s too big for the normal stand pegs.

Is there a stand adapter included with another MP that works with that size hole? Does Dinobot’s stand have a peg that size? Is there a new stand on the way?

That's a mold line. Mine has the exact same line and can confirm it's not a crack.

Could it be possible that some defected (& factory rejected) toys still illegally made it to the market without TT knowing it ? Remember those "KO Bbe v2" ...

I transformed mine a few times and nothing so far.
These are pics of where the common cracks appear.
The only blemish I see is the henge behind his head having a paint peel or a paint splash??

I know this. I'm just pointing out I have no cracks after multiple transformations is all.
