Launchers, battle mask, hypno-chip disruptor, energon cubes all came in plastic bags.

This looks too high-quality for a Hasbro Asia accessory.

There have actually been a few instances of extra weapons on repaints. Artfire got Nightstick. Cordon got the toy-accurate hand weapon. Loud Pedal came with the toy face and gun. Exhaust came with the toy shoulder launchers.

The Hasbro Asia mace for MP-32, Megatron gun for MP-29, mini Soundwave, mini Reflector, Ironhide's drill - none of them are that good quality in their moulding (and all made of diecast).

Right I see. Guess I just get petty about MP-36+ not having his weapons lol.

Solid figure and pre ordered. Unfortunately, another wait on the list !

I really like how Takara is playing in their own league. They're developping alt mode gimmicks plus interaction with human figures like no one.

Are there any pics out there of him next to other MPs in vehicle mode?

There's one where you see him close to MP-44 but none next to other cars afaik. You're not the only one waiting to find out just how far off the vehicle scale is. :confused2

Seems like we’ll only get that until ts actually in hand. The only time we’ll see cars together is with Convoy when he’s flexing his trailer space.

I never get the skinny arm criticism. MP 10 arm looks skinnier in the mid section.

Wow, MP10 almost looks ridiculous to me now.

Yes. That's how I have mine displayed because I always felt like the rifle that came with MP-10 is too small.

Yup was never a favorite of mine. They could’ve done so much better with him.

See the thing is, he must have been good for people who had him for the first time. But as a young and jaded soul he meant nothing when I was into masterpiece around 4 years ago.

In the cartoon his rifle was fat and long. Especially fat at the barrel. But it was one of the biggest guns the season 1 Autobots had. Looked just like MP-10 holding MP-1s rifle. ;)

I alwsys tell myself "I have all Masterpieces except MP-2 MP-5 MP-6 & MP-7 or whatever. (used to be MP-9 too but i bought him finally). But i never considered Diaclone releases & had no idea they came with all cool toy accurate parts.

I wonder if there is way i can get just the parts hmmmm

ALWAYS thought MP-10 was a downgrade from MP-1, since day 1 when TRU shipped him for $99.99 in 2011, IIRC. Mainly it was his hip range & lateral shoulder movement being extremely limited. That & his lower legs looked pretty awful imo.

I think it’s cause his forearms aren’t the size of his torso. Then they look small. Somehow.

I bet a lot of the criticism on MP10 vs V3 comes from getting used ti MP10 after all these years.  He\'s become somewhat of a standard or what not.

I feel most forget how disappointed we were with MP10 in the 1st place.  We still liked MP1 for good reasons...

...mostly plastic and barely any diecast...
...matrix chamber didnt have that nice \"clink\" when closed, if your MP10 chest closed at all...
...wrist elbow and knee joints didnt clean up...
...damn knees didnt have as much range as MP1...
...no arm communicators, no mouth movement...
...limited to no kibble for MP1...
    ...battle axe comparisons...
I\'m sure theres more, just thinking off the top of my head...

The only pros MP10 realy offered were, included the trailer from day one, hiding the wheels on the legs in bot mode, Spike, and SCALE.  In fact, didnt pick mine up until I realized this was the new scale moving forward; following the announcements of Sideswipe and Soundwave.

With that being said, all these years of MP10 I think ppl have become so used to that \"standard\" that when they see the more accurate version, it just looks \"off\" to them.  Unfortunately they cant get past it yet.  MP10 being replaced has been a long time coming.  Less than a month, beeeotch!!!

...oh yeah, Hound looks great and the scale is pretty accurate.  I keep forgetting how tall Jeeps are until I\'m out driving.  Willis and and other Hound, army dog or something, were close, just a tab bit enlarged.

Really? MP hound looks to be the biggest. You got any comparisons?

The only thing I've seen to reference is the vid included with the Seige Sky/Drill dashers. There's a shot of the two in both veh and bot modes side by side.

Much better proportions than the 3P entries, and they still manage to mantain the height of the Jeep itself. The others seem a lot bulkier when next to Prime, just too big (note; when compared to MP10).
