Hello there. I have a question regarding the Masterpiece of Grimlock. I have the original G1 version, and I love his dino-mode, but he look's kind of silly in robot mode. His head is too small for the rest of the body, and it sticks a bit far back. I'm wondering is the Masterpiece version identical, or has it been improved? I know their bigger and much more articulated, but I wonder if they've improved on the proportions or anything. Does anybody have both figures that they can take comparison pictures of? G1 Grimlock with Masterpiece Grimlock? I'd appreciate it, thank you..............

Sorry, I didn't think to Google this time. But thank you for the comparison pictures. I wonder how soon he'll be available at Colorado Springs TRU. Or like I said earlier, just save the money for the better Takara version?
I don't think you can go wrong with either one. It's just that one will cost you less than the other.
Well, I am pretty satisfied with my $30 Wal-Mart Masterpiece Skywarp. But I'm very happy I didn't skimp on Prime. So, that's why I'm wondering. Then there's that awesomeness of finding it at the store, seeing it on hand, handing the clerk some cash, and walking out with the figure! I wonder if the TRU version will be better quality than Wal-Mart's exclusives?
