For those of you who have some spare Toyhax sticker sheets with unused red pin-covering stickers... do I have a more-show-accurate opportunity for you.

Not bad! The best would be dark red for the eyes and then a lighter red for the pupils. But this gets quite close to what Rhinox looks like in a dark environment.

I'm not a super expert on lenses but it's a Zonlai f1.8/22mm. I was looking to have another lens for variety and decided to buy it used after I found a listing and read some reviews.

Just got my second copy of Rhinox from Amazon Japan today. Came in perfect condition and they improved the packaging somewhat. When I contacted them previously about the damaged packaging, I also asked them to relay to their shipping department to improve on packing the figures. Lo and behold, they actually used a box that was the correct size (versus trying to squeeze the figure into a tiny box) they added extra paper for protection. It's nice to see a company taking feedback to better the customers' experience.

Anyone know what type of plastic is used for rhinox's eyes?

I bought the red gundam marker XGM03 and on the back of package it says the following:
ATTENTION: Must only be used on plastic models. Painting on ABS plastic is not recommended as the ink may damage the surface

All transformers are made from ABS plastic. It’s why I personally never use gundam markers on them.

ahh, I was afraid of that. Just reading around online, some people have experienced cracking/brittle plastic when using gundam markers on ABS. Think I'm going to play it safe and avoid using it

You’ll be fine. It’s really only if used in large quantities that it may cause issues. I have used Gundam markers on Transformers for close to 2 decades and have never had any problems.

    Yes... but also no.

The inks within Gundam Markers can make ABS plastic (the one used in most mainline TFs) more brittle, but as long as you avoid getting them seeping into vital joints and only uses them in very small quantities, you should be ok. Using them for something like, color-correcting the yellow eyes of Legacy Armada Prime's Super Mode into red using Gundam markers is ok.

Any detailed tips on arm position when going back into beast mode? I’ve transformed him numerous times, but each time going back, I feel like I’m overly-forcing things to be flush and even so, it’s not satisfactory.

It’s also only some Gundam markers that can cause this issue, namely the panel lining ones. Using regular paint-style ones is fine for Rhinox’s eyes.

I've run into this several times. There's a tab that goes into the arm that has to be aligned to make that area sit flush, it's annoying to get set and comes undone easily. Don't have my Rhinox reachable atm, so I can't show you

Yeah, I always wondered if those tabs weren’t even supposed to tab in that much, kind of like how the green hand tabs don’t really tab into the arms when going back into beast mode. Some people can get things really flush, and I don’t know if it’s just my OCD, but my beast mode looks kind of gappy to me.
I just want to know if there’s a definite arm alignment and rotation, so I don’t feel like I’m forcing things.
