No problem with the anime face at all, to be honest. Just feel that the body looks 'off', but hopefully new pictures will off-set that.

The OG toy was one of my favourites at the time. I picked up the LioConvoy VS Galvatron 2-Pack from Digital Toys in '98 - my first ever Japanese import.

 

Huh... this is the 1st time i'm honestly not liking a MP figure... The kibble on the arms, the extremely simplistic design with large smooth panels making up the legs (meaning minimal parts count for a larger price tag).... It just doesn't look like a masterpiece.... I'm actually kinda sad that they've actually made a MP I have little to no shred of interest for.

The robot mode is downright fantastic; The beast mode is a bit of a letdown. Still, for that price, it's a definite pass for me.

 

TT is aware of Japanese readers have common senses knowing designers wishes are not commitments.

I'm pretty sure the "they' of which you speak are the design team or a representative there of, who are in no position to make promises, and that they never said they intended to complete the Autobot Line-up (whatever that means) just that they would like to....they've aid much the same about the Beast Wars 'Main Cast' (again, whatever that means) .So I'm afraid I am not the one who has it twisted unless you can provide evidence of this promise TT made you.

Even if they did make such a commitment, they a) made that commitment to the Japanese market(not you I assume?) and b) have every right to go back on it as it was non binding. Still if it you want to get in a huff about it go right ahead.

The meaning of a) is rather by the by, all I meant was any commitment made(of which there was none) wasn't made to the import market, it was made to the Japanese market. To be honest it's tenuous so please feel free to ignore it.
