How dare them writing down their thoughts unless they're positive and exactly reflect what I'm thinking. What do they think this place is? A forum or something? I think it started earlier; Star Saber was already hella cartoon accurate. Tracks and Ironhide followed suit. Sunstreaker is a good point though, with him I really lost interest in these figures.
While I can appreciate Arcee, I would have liked to have finished up the cars and a few other items first. Now I am going to want Kup, Blurr, and........Wheelie (I fell behind on my FT purchases), as well as a couple more Decepticons. Really limiting my Masterpiece collection, and she and the other movie characters were fairly low on my "need" list. Would like to see Hasbro attempt Devastator. Still doesn't mean I am not getting her.
Do we know that for a fact? It looks like it should/must sit higher on the chest. Her face looks a bit long buy that would but be the angle of the shot on the poster. The car mode looks really nice, but I look at this and then FT Rouge and I know which one I prefer for now...and I'm far from Rouge's biggest fan.
A couple of folks have pointed out that the white band around her chest lines up with the bottom of the chest plate so yeah, sadly it looks like it is in the intended place.
Well, she definitely gets the altmode down best of all offerings so far, especially the rear which looks a lot sleeker. But, I think FansToys has a much better (and more accurate) botmode, and while Ocular Maxes lower legs aren't Cartoon accurate, the calves look better not only than this one but also than the fanstoys (IMO); not quite convinced this is a complete rout. Also, while not surprising, it does indeed seems like transformation isquite similar to hot rod, but resulting in proportionally a bigger backpack, which doesn't seem to look a lot better than his, so little visible improvement in that design. Will be interesting to see how this turns out, but certainly not one I would pre-order.
At the moment, it is. It wasn't the point when Masterpiece first started and it wasn't the point when MP-10 came out.
I STRONGLY APPROVE both of these choices. Been waiting for Tigatron ever since Cheetor, and for Arcee since... ever? Fantastic news!!
