That is another option I was wondering. I can't find a ko online (not that I would know where to find them but I tried) so are they even being made yet? And if not then I'm definitely just paranoid.
I wouldn’t jump to that conclusion unless KOs are widespread. Show us a pic of the box and figure so we can compare. The intensity of the print on the box could be caused by sun exposure or something as common as a low ink run on the printer. I’ve kept all my MP boxes from MP01 to now and they aren’t always consistent.
I haven't opened her up yet just in case. I do know that the boxes aren't all consistent as they've change a bit over the years but these last two have me wondering. If KOs aren't widespread yet, then I would think my chances are pretty good it's legit. And judging by the small sample of reactions it's very likely I'm just being paranoid. Here are some box pics. They oddly look a lot better in the pics than in hand. One of the new hobbies that's slipped in alongside transformers and has taken the main stage is sneakers and as you may or may not know fakes in sneakers is insane. I have gotten fake kicks and it has added to my paranoia around the possibility immensely.
The Real MP-45 does have floppy legs. Most of them do, mine sure does. Your MP Bumblebee is real, especially if you ordered it from Japan. They don’t do fakes over there. You can relax. Just read the MP threads and you’ll learn about all the faults and features. It’s what forums are for. Your MP Acree looks like the real deal. Unless you’re the first customer of a new line of KOs, what are the chances? KO manufacturers make their produces known so they can sell it. These aren’t kept in secret. Ebay sellers with good ratings, rarely risk losing their selling privileges by passing off a fake since fakes have their own market. You can relax. Your Arcee box looks like mine, and I got mine the week it was released in Japan. Enjoy your Arcee my friend, she’s one of the best MP in recent years.
Thank you, I appreciate your assurance. I think the last couple years of sneakers has really jaded me to the idea of fakes. I also used to read the forums religiously but sneakers took a lot of that time away amongst other things and I have fallen way behind on the Masterpiece game. I was searching around the forums for a while but there's just so damn much it can be difficult to pinpoint the relevant info. This just means that tomorrow night will be New Masterpiece Transformer Night at my place. Nobody bothers me, I smoke tons of weed and set about to transform this thang. These are the best nights of the year for me by far. Cheers!

Don't think anyone has had time to KO MP-51 yet. But when in doubt you can always run photos of your figure and box by this thread and the real detectives will normally provide opinions about knock-offs. How to tell the new KO Reissues apart from authentic toys. With the MP figures you are right about hazy box images being a sign. But there is also a number that is stamped/cut near the bar code. TT does it one way and all the KO do it another way. Can't remember which is which. That is often a good photo to provide in that thread for quick answers.
Just got her in. Better in hand than I thought she would be, but if I couldn't get her discounted I would have skipped her for already having Rouge who looks better with my FansToys '86 crew. Might throw 51's head on Rogue though lol. Is there a trick to getting MP 51 to stand nicely? I think I transformed her properly but she keeps wanting to tip backward.
