I really think there is a lost opportunity by Fansproject and iGear to make some easy money. My masterpiece Megatron is in desperate need of a smaller arm cannon that matches the cartoon more and wont make him fall forward when pointed outwards. Most masterpiece Optimus Primes have grey or blue guns. A black gun coupled with a smaller megatron cannon would be cheap to make and should sell well.

SO! what additional accessories would you like to see made for your masterpiece transformers?

 

A Masterpiece Grimlock accessory set consisting of the rest of the Dinobots. That's what I want.

Personally, I'd want 3rd party companies to leave the MP line alone and rather focus on figures that REALLY need updates/help. Toys like Classics Rodimus and Ultra Magnus were perfect examples of a figure that could be used for added armor/accessories. The MP line though, I think it stands more than well enough on it's own.

Igear has shrunk the MP Megatron canon for the smaller scale MP Megatron figure. this version will have a normal sized fusion canon & not oversized.

Since MP Megatron is 14 inches tall in robot mode. this smaller scale MP Megatron from Igear should be about 9 inches tall in robot mode.

I suspose it might be possible to use the smaller scale fusion canon for the takara liscensed MP Megatron toy. that is if the connecting slots match up

 

an ultra magnus upgrade exist, for sale, made by the same guy who did the animated omega supreme, marksprojects.com

BUT, it is really expensive, i hope to own one one day, drooled over that thing since 2005-2006

so the proper thing to say is an AFFORDABLE mp ultra magnus upgrade needs to exist

I'd love for igear to make a MP sized anime heads for MP Prime and MP Black Convoy. They could pack it with a black rifle with led..

 

I'm surprised there haven't been more weapons packs released for all lines, just b/c it seems that the profit margin would be much higher on relatively simple plastic pieces that require much less QC and assembly than lets say, a 3rd party transformer.

 

Actually if someone made good Ultra Magnus armor to make him look like himself in the cartoon I'd buy that. The only reason I don't own the as-is MP Ultra Magnus is because it's just a white Optimus repaint >_> lol

 

I'd love a replacement Megatron gun for my MP Prime, since mine broke when I moved. Aggravating.

Oh, and there are replacement stacks for MP Convoys. That counts, right?

 

I would love for someone to repro the MP Prime gun in plain black like the one that comes with Ultra Magnus.

I'm going to cast a black gun for prime when I get him. I'm also planning to cast a smaller arm cannon for Megs, I just figured there wasn't much interest.

 

Yea, the problem with using the smaller Megatron's cannon is that the connector that slides on the arm will be too small for the official MP Megs.

I don't have MP megatron (and probably never will, I don't think he looks very good), but the smaller arm cannon seems like a must, in fact I wonder why they aren't being sold by third parties yet.

Oh and also, a set of stairs for skywarp, to pull some pranks.

 

I completely forgot there was a MP Ultra Magnus. I think an upgrade for UM would be the only thing I'd like a 3rd party company to try and tackle.
