That's because the moron from top gear was driving a sequential manual in automatic mode. It is notoriously bad with the bucking and surging when not self shifted. Some of the sequential gearboxes from ferrari drive the exact same way in auto mode. Most manufacturers have ditched the auto modes in all the different versions of paddle shifted gearboxes. But having said that, yes just about any car with the motor pushed to the ragged edge bucks and surges. With familiarity driving them becomes easier. When people jump in my car and try to drive it, it bucks violently, surges and everyone stalls it. Multiple times. When i drive it I can get it off the line like a Toyota camry. Even when they get going it isn't something that takes an hour to get used to it takes days. But it is not the point of driving something like that. Its tolerating the driving behavior till you get to an on/off ramp and putting it down, its leaving a toll booth and getting to highway speed in 3 seconds, it finding an empty stretch and hitting 130 mph in 10 seconds flat.

Glad you set the record straight. Also, people need to lay off the whole "you need to know how to drive stick" with these supercars. Lamborghini doesn't actually make manuals anymore, and there's a reason they don't use them in F1.

Yeah if you are in a supercar there is no point in knowing how to drive a stick. Only a handful of them have one now. Cars practically drive themselves around a track now. I don't know why but I like the dangerous cars better. McLaren F1's, F40's, etc had a knife's edge according to those that drove them. I think it makes you a better driver personally. Heel and toe shifting, counter steer, a snappy rear end are just more exciting to me. I prefer 3 pedals myself. If the Lambo had a clutch it would probably drive a whole lot better in traffic because you could slip it and avoid the 1000-2000 rpm surge, but it definitely isn't the fastest way around a track especially for an average driver.

Which one? There's two different sizes denoted there, you know?

    That's Powered Convoy's pic.

Cool I just searched google images that's where it was.
But I'd have to say the one on the left so they will go well with pp05

Although the one on the right is the best!

I'm fine with either of those sizes. the one on the right would feel more like a Masterpiece, the one on the left would be more in scale.

I could almost swear they were going to do that, following in the footsteps of the Masterpiece Brave figures. But that never happened.

    Hope it does, though.

You wouldn't be the only one! :D  MP Star Saber would be so bought! I just wonder if he'd be scaled larger than Prime though, but then again, if he was scaled with MP-10, he'd be more or less perfectly scaled with a lot of the Classic figures.

Well, I appreciate that you're pointing the Irony of Takara and Hasbro in their battle against 3rd theft of IP. But that's gonna stop me from buying MP-Lambor. It just saves me from feeling bad [not that I did] about my iGear Seekers.

We don't need to worry about that, anyone who wants to make a potentially IP infringing product should know to seek permission first or accept all that comes from entering risky waters. :lol

Yeah same here. The car Autobots need to be a decent size against the seekers IMO. And if Sideswipe's alt mode looks in scale next to MP Hot Rod's car mode that will be perfect too :thumbs2:

i think i would be happier if it was the size on the left and a smaller price tag to go with it.

i know there is always been the scale argument but if the car guys are roughly the same size as the rest of the MP line i dont think i personally would be that interested
