    Turmoil looked like a great toy and design, but I had no interest in the character. Spartan is the solution to that problem.

    If they stick true to the alt modes we've seen these will be one of the first guys I keep in alt mode more than bot mode just because I absolutely love the alt mode design.

    Edit: Also I'm really hoping they do rubber treads.

    Looks like the treads are one piece of plastic with the hub. The MechIdeas' Animated guys didn't have wheels, but maybe (hopefully?) MMC will add little wheels to the bottom.

    Yea, I remember seeing that his treads were plastic at TFCon - just know that it was the resin one so revisions can be made and maybe they planned to have rubber.

    if it actulaly looks like the metal slug tank like that....that woudl be freakign awesome. make the headsculpt like Marco Rossi or Tarma Roving

    the treads (as far as i can tell) are not going to be rubber as they are not complete treads. so it wouldn't make sense. they are fake treads. so they will be plastic. it would only make sense to make them rubber if they were full treads that could move. I'd be nice, but from what we've seen, they are only plastic.

    The alt mode isn't exactly the most elegant, but by primus if it isn't a damn fine looking robot mode!

    Actually you could make treads that are half treads that interlock with each other when you transform it so that it acts like 2 sets of gears.

    Plenty of engineering options to circumvent your view point on the situation.
    Have to think outside the box.
