Does anyone still have the big pussy in stock?
yeah exactly, he looks great even in an MP display, im coming here looking for more pics or updates lol but every time I check this all I see is " hes too small / hes not MP scaled "
what price was he going for? I might start looking for one aswell cus I wasnt sure I was going to get both components.
Make it an RV... though I might be a little overzealous in thinking that you’d manage to get the front wheels to move once that thing lifted itself up. But, maybe you could still hide a cot amidst the hydraulics...
* deep breath *
All my life's a circle;
Sunrise and sundown;
Moon rolls through the nighttime;
'Til the daybreak comes around.
Now, I’m pretty sure these two are also from the same episode, “Call of the Primitives,” along with one more from “The Return of Optimus Prime:”
However, I agree that this simply wouldn’t work if you intended to pose it with an MP Predaking...
Hey, anybody seen an MP Predaking around here?
Does the Jinbao count?
But, in most other scenarios, Magna Inventa can extend to an MP collection, even when it’s intended to face MMC’s Feral Rex.
The term mini is because in my eyes MMC Skylynx will probably be the same size as my FT DiBots pretty much,but from what I remember from "Call of the Primitives" Sky Lynx was 2 or 3 times as big as the Dinobots,so he should atleast be twice as big as the Dino's to qualify as an MP,but that's just me.
The only thing is that i wish this guy had a longer neck, its only got 4/5 segments but wouldve been nice to have more
If you're looking for a US retailer, Agabyss has never let me down.
Agabyss > 3rd Party > Mastermind Creations Reformatted R-35 Magna
Ehhh can't say I agree. Another segment and I feel like he'd be looking a littler too giraffe-ee.
MMC needs to make a Giraffatitan Reformatted Dinobot.
Why not just go straight for a Reform Longrack?
Seriously though I would love to have new toys of all those weird BW Neo figures that I don't think ever even made it outside japan.
It'll scale perfectly with legends/DX9 WIP/Papa Toys/New Age/Magic Square TFs.
Hush yo' mouths. They can never be too big.
The problem with bigger for skylynx is that hes a quadroped and that would take up a shit ton of real estate
Actually Lazy I managed to order 3 out of 4 of those like Korhada,Long Rack,and the jackrabbit (forgot his name),but those I got were from Malysia not Hong Kong,so they were from what I remember were may more produced,so I got them for like $5 for the rabbit,$8 to $10 for Long Rack,and about $6 for Korhada.But from what I know they were the same quality as those from HK.
For the record I too would love to see these in MP Form too.Also btw I also ended up getting Heinlad (critter with balls and clock in his chest),and Big Convoy (Mammoth Optimus),they are some of the most talked about figures in my collection.Oh and to Mods sorry for derailing the thread for a minute.
I never noticed before, but that pic of sky with dead prime is just sky, so maybe he shrinks then? Don't remember seeing him split apart except FFoD pt5, Call of Primitives, and Return of OP... *shrug*
My wallet is fine with it not being Masterpiece scale.
Heinlad is a yokai variant of the Tanuki or Japanese Raccoon Dog, like someone else you might now...
I did notice that, which adds to the fact that this could be MP.
But, this spring/summer, I started season 3 from the beginning after looking up various episodes with Bruticus and Trypticon, and besides the meandering reruns that The SciFi Channel aired decades ago... And I threw in the towel at “Surprise Party.”
So, I’m not exactly the best source among sources. But, those were among the pics that were suggested by Google, and hence readily available.
Most of all, I’ve always presumed that Titans were masters of mass shifting, so I also shrug it off as one of those quirks of animation...
That last one of Onslaughticus is from Japan’s TF:The Headmasters.
Ultimately, the question is whether you intend to pose SkyLynx against an MP Combiner of any sort or literally just about anything else. If the later, you’re probably good. The former, probably not.
Finally, for IDW proportions, SkyLynx is definitely in the tiny Titan department and should tower over other combiners, save the zombie Dirge and Thrust assemblages of a dozen or more spark-less transformer husks...
Planet Steel Express
Bunch a new pics among these from Unem.
I believe most of the official pics weren't posted either so here's them too.
