All I can think of when seeing that is: Why couldn't US MP TC have been made in those colors? BLACK and SILVER accents, not dark grey and translucent grey. TC's paintscheme isn't complicated, but it's not "blue with several shades of grey". Plus it's a very nice shade of blue. Not as dark as G1 toy, but closer than US MP TC is.
I like the little differences in the head sculpt - Screecher has vents, Stormer has almost an inverted teardrop like detail instead.
^ Yep I still don't like the coloring on this one, but the little touches such as different heads and weapons really help in distinguishing the characters.
I have both KM-05 Screecher, and KM-06 Stormer, and I have to honestly say that video and pictures do not do these figures as much justice as having them in hand. I thought they looked great in all the pics and videos and of course ordered them, but when I got them in hand they were actually even nicer. The sculpt details and gear gimmicks and weapon gimmicks and sheer quality of these figures really shocked me. I am a 40 year old collector too, and I am not easily impressed. I will agree that there are more paint detail variations on Screecher, but by no means is Stormer lacking in paint app details.( you have to see it in person). Plus if your good with paint, these figures can be done up to the extreme.
