I love it. I just hope they put some wheels on the treads.

Nevermind that. On closer inspections the treads don't look like they work.

I'm loving that alt mode for some reason.

So agree, it drives me nuts when I can't roll a vehicle around. Its easily my biggest complaint about fans project revolver and make toys PCC sets

I don't really read the comics. I don't really know who this is. And I will likely be buying this. I'm liking these obscure characters coming out.

I hope so, need to scratch my Impactor itch after the disappointment of Presser not getting made.

Like... aesthetically, or functionally? Because I think the aesthetics of them are completely awesome!

Out of curiosity... but why? They're not Hotwheels... do you really push your Transformers around the floor and stuff? Not that there's anything wrong with that... I'm just doubting it.

The thread should really be edited to include "not-Turmoil" in the title.

I was going to use Microblaze Onslaught as Turmoil, he looks more the part. This looks cool but not as Turmoil.

Obviously you're entitled to your opinion, but I need to ask: what are you seeing that makes a totally unrelated figure look more like Turmoil than this design, which is expressly cued from his comic book design? I'm legitimately curious. Is it the bulk, or just something particular that you've attached to the character/design? Because I'm just not seeing it.

This figure reminds me more of Alex's design of him in the Drift mini series where he was a bit leaner/thiner then his original design that Casey did of him that had him more squat and bulky. I also feel that if the spiked knee pads were bigger it would look more proportional to his comic designs, but hey thats just me thinking out loud.

Where did the Metal Slug tank alt mode idea come from? A bit random, its still pretty cool but i probably would have liked to see him have his original alt mode more.

Also i really hope we get an alternate head with the steel bolted eye patch that he had in RID!

Yep he definitely has that metal slug tank feel in alt mode:

Which is neat in of itself but I feel detracts from the figure. He has a normally proportioned robot mode and then this big silly cartoony alt mode, they clash rather badly with on and other. Also his arms are kinda too small in bot mode, looking at Turmoil pics he's suppose to be super chunky, like one of the chunkiest chunksters that ever chunked. And this figure only really gets that with his legs, rest of him not so much.

So eh without attachment to the character and these design flaws might be the first mmc figure since before Hexatron I say "eh not for me" to.
