Success! There were five $49 Blackouts when I got to Framingham Target Saturday morning. Four left when I departed.

They also had 2 Legacy Armada Starscreams, but not much else.

Lanesborough Target has Earthspark Deluxes! 2x Bumblebee and Megatron and 1x Twitch. Also a couple of the Buzzworthy Voyager NEST Bonecrushers.

 

Anyone looking for Wolfang or Retrax, they're at Wal-mart in Dartmouth. 3 Wolfang and 1 Retrax as of yesterday.

I already bought Wolfang from the Wal-mart website months ago. As someone who grew up with Beast Wars, it was a cool figure I never found as a child. The reissue has weakened spring mechanisms like Cyber Shark to prevent people from shooting their eyes.

Ironically, I sold my original Retrax last year right before it was announced they were releasing it again. Of all the Beast Wars toys, why release Retrax!? It wasn't the best toy even back then, but they actually found a way to make it worse by attaching the antennae backwards and removing two of the legs! Would've liked Manterror or Jetstorm, but instead we get a watered down version of the line's worst figure!

 

^My only guess is those were the only fully intact molds they could find.

 

Found an Earthspark Bumblebee at Target in Holyoke. Pretty surprising given the TF section is otherwise obliterated.

Danvers Target has Earthspark figures. They had 2 deluxe Bumblebees, a Twitch, and a Megatron.

They also had a voyager (I think?) Bumblebee, 2 Skywarps of an unknown class, and 2 one step Wheeljacks.

 

Some Earthspark in Dartmouth's Target, but the section is pretty empty aside from these very few new arrivals. At least the seemingly endless supply of Legacy Wave 1 that dominated the shelf for a year is finally thinning out.

 

Went to Target Framingham to check if any Masterpiece Blackout were left and sadly all are gone, so I guess I missed out. I did notice they have a few of the Streetfighter x Transformers in the collectible area though. Pretty bare besides that besides a SS86 Arcee and a bunch of SS pink Laserbeaks

 

Hey guys, Im visiting Boston this weekend. Can anyone recommend any cool toy shops or comic shops where I can find tformers or star wars figures?

Not sure if the shops are still there but check out Harvard Sq if you can. The garage use to have some anime shops.

Just saw Leo Prime & Tarn at Hadley Target. It's the first restock of any Legacy TFs I've seen at a Target in MA since before XMas.

Lego Prime was also at my local Target in Randolph today. Several of it too.

 

Plainville Target was pretty bare. Had one core Frenzy and a bunch of wheelies. There were also some earthspark deluxes.

 

I feel like Earthspark has completely replaced Legacy at major retail. They held onto Legacy Wave 1 forever and largely ignored other waves, and instead of bringing in Legacy: Evolution, they simply refilled the shelves with Earthspark. Distribution is terrible where I live.
