Hello all I am setting up a New England Transformer Collectors Group Meet and Greet. Comicazi @ 407 Highland Ave in Somerville Mass. 02144 has been nice enough to donate us a space to hold this meeting. The scheduled date is Sunday March 24th from 4:00 pm untill 7:00 pm. Please consider this a formal invitation. If you would like to attend please PM me to RSVP. This is a free event; first come first served due to limited space. Also, feel free to bring a few bots to show off and display. So come on down and meet some fellow collectors. This event is hosted by JETFIRE-XL. Raffle tickets will be issued at the event. The themes of the next meeting will be. Transformers Prime beast hunters. Transformers War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron VS Transformers Cybertron. The last one is new to me but fun none the less "Too Kre-O or just for Kreons that is the question"

 

Lowell Target. Crazy BH Wave 2 sightings. No less than 4x Smokescreens, 3x Ripclaws and everyone else for a mere. I decided to cave on a BH Wheeljack since he was only $7 after coupons.

I just bought a Kre-o Ratchet today. Now I just need Jazz and Mirage to have all the 1st year sets.

Thanks, but first I gotta go check one of my TJ Maxx stores this weekend. I remember they had a bunch of each one for like $2 a piece. I mean, I've only seen those two sets at TJ Maxx stores and I found Ratchet today at a Marshalls. And as far as the Kre-O sets go, it's those two that shelfwarm the most.

I think after these 2 sets, I'm going to call it quits. There's just waaaaaay too much coming out and I don't feel like spending money on it. There are other toys I'd rather spend my cash on. And well, after seeing the new 5-packs with the series 1 Kreons, I feel like a fool for buying the sets. Eh, at least I got most of them for under $10 at K-mart during their clearance/sale. I mean, I got 2 Prowls and 2 Starscreams for $1 each. $1!!! I also got a Hero Factory Witch Doctor set for $10. The set retails for $35! Maybe I'll grab a couple of the upcoming blind bagged guys. It would be nice to see them do Beast Wars Kreons and the Dinobots.

I got my second set of Mech Ideas Top-Spin and Twin-Twist with the bonus head. Offering them up for sale at cost if any local guys are interested. These toys are the BEST 3rd party offerings I've ever owned comparing the quality vs. cost.

Off-topic...does anyone have a GI Joe Skystalker loose or MIB? I missed them at TJMaxx last month. I have a bunch of Transformers to trade!
