I wish I could play the DLC but seeing how goddamn slow my connection is, Its gonna be Tomorrow morning before I can even bask in the lulziness that is Mass Effect 3: Citadel.

I think this would have gone by quicker if I'd have downloaded ME3: Citadel this morning instead of waiting till I got off work when every person in the neighborhood was online and, thus, throttling the Shared bandwidth (Fucking Insight... gotta make life hard) 45 Kb/s, what is this, 2005?

I disagree. It would probably be better without the voice filter

Does that only occur if Tali is the love interest?

I've just finished playing it. I'll be lining up another one with my other FemShep in a week or so.

The evil clone thing did seem kind of....odd but it worked well enough in service to the story but I swear that CloneShep and Brooks were gonna start making out at times. Being able to take Wrex and Garrus on a mission again, was a real treat.

But Mechafire's right, the best part of this DLC comes after the storyline. The party; the memorial and all the little things you can do with inviting your friends up to your apartment or going out to meet them. For me the highlight of those was Grunt; busting out of hospital, getting drunk, climbing a statue, setting a C-Sec car on fire; stealing that same car and crashing it. Only getting busted 'cos he stopped for noodles. "I love you, Grunt" Shep says at the end of it all :lolol

Bullshit. Utter utter bullshit. Buggy as fuck.

Playing on Insanity, the shootout after using Joker as bait. One crap pistol with no ammo. Bad guys rarely drop ammo. I can't take their guns. Shepherd walks around the Citadel without her gear. In war time. After Cerberus has already invaded the Citadel. Bull. SHIT.

After the walkway, and you are joined by Liara and Wrex. Wrex give me some sort of Geth supergun, that basically is like pissing against a wall. Seriously better off not using it. Oh but I have no ammo. Right. Bullshit. Cortez is on the radio, telling me to get to the LZ. Right, uh where is it? Millions and millions of fucking bullshit mercs drop from the sky with my super soaker filled with piss. No indication where to go. Accidentally walked over to the platform which started the evac cutscene. BULLSHIT.

Gone to the casino, telling me to mingle, but there are no mingle indicators. Really? What was that word again? Uhhhh oh yeah. BULLSHIT. Brooks is stuck in the shaft, needs me to bypass two sensors. One is easy, the other is in plain view of two guards. Tells me to 'look at the guard to select him'. So I'm staring at them and THERE'S NO FUCKING INDICATOR. CAN'T SELECT THEREFORE CAN'T CONTINUE. Switched off my Xbox in disgust.

    B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T.

Sort your shit out Bioware, because these bugs absolutely ruined my session tonight.

    Edit
Tried it again for 5 minutes this morning before work. Magically the option to select the guards is back after a restart. URGH. The ability to mingle was all over the place though, sometimes they were availible and other times they weren't, depending on who was looking where I suppose. So yeah, that MGS bit? Could have done without it thanks.

Finished it on Insanity and OMG the boss fight was as unfair as a Capcom Boss fight.

If this clone is meant to be the same as you (minus memories, experience and wear and tear) then surely her powers should be relatively similar to yours? I don't recall having the ability to magically regenerate all health and shields when under fire nor do I recall having a one shot kill rocket launcher. Really? Oh and the 'My squad is just as good as yours!' cracked me up. I was taking out Brooks in one burst from my AR. Snort.

Oh and my Shepherd may be the galaxys greatest soldier but boy she's dumb as hell.
Brooks killing the arms dealer. I knew straight away she did it, but there was no way to question it or anything.

So yeah, I could have done without the whole first part of the DLC if I'm honest. The best bit really is the post mission stuff, the party and everything. Still no Kelly Chambers though. Does anyone know when this DLC kicks in during a new playthrough? I assume Kelly doesn't appear because she's either been killed by Cerberus, or disappeared afterward as per my advice. If Shepherd gets the apartment before the Cerberus Citadel raid could Kelly (and therefore Fishguy) also attend?

How does one see Miranda in a red dress/Turian Tango/Tali Singing? Do they have to be your love interests?

Urgh. I guess thats what Youtube is for.

Also the Aria's name on top of the Arena leaderboard? Oh HELL NO. But I can't get massive scores until I purchase all the multipliers etc. NOOOOOOO.

Oh and the Jack/Shepherd arena match is a hell of a lot more difficult then initial Arena battles, but still easy.
Which makes me think I should be able to nuke Arias (and Barda von LOL) scores from orbit once all the multipliers and settings are maxed out.

    Lastly
The talk between my Shepherd and Liara about waking up with each other every morning was kinda wrenching, because I know that Shepherd doesn't make it. I sad.

Oh yeah, him sitting atop the Krogan statue made me laugh. I still told him off though, but glad it was in a light hearted fashion.

The thing is some characters already had a nice send off, Garrus and his picnic/sniper contest with Shepherd was totally ace for him, and made me wonder why everyone didn't have a send off like him.

Shepherd getting Garrus a date seemed a bit 'off' for me though, him and Tali get it on in my game.

Oh and no Dr Chakwas at my party? Why the hell not? Potentially she could be the only survivor from ME2!

Oh and I miss Legion and Thane from my group photo. You should be able to export your photo onto a USB stick so you can have it on your mobile phone or whatever. I would totally use it as a Windows background.

It was a great send off to (IMO) one the of the best game series I have ever played, but now I hanker for more Shepherd action. I mean, Surely Liara with her Shadow Broker connections/funding can enlist Miranda to resurrect Shepherd again as Mk3?

Surely the Normandy crew would risk hell and high water to bring her back? Surely? Having Shepherd die at the end of the game seems so... final. Other Bioware games they leave it open, like in KOTOR or Dragonage.

Hmm. Genuine feelings at that party. How weird.

    Yeah, tikgnat,
If you get a High enough Military Strength (around 3,100) Accumulated by the assault on Cronos Station, If you choose to Destroy the Reapers, Shepard lives to fight another day (Albeit, He/She'll need immediate Medical Attention)

I really liked all of the Content we got with Mass Effect 3: Citadel. It was certainly nice to see some of the Non-Squad Former-Squad characters again. Especially Grunt, Never thought I would ever say I've gotten enjoyment out of hearing Steve Blum act intoxicated.
I'm Glad Zaeed's mission in ME3 wasn't glitched, 'Cause it was good to have Zaeed Massani during the party. Robin Sach's (He passed away last month) final performance of everyone's Favorite Guddamn mercenary was good. Because Kasumi's Mission in ME3 Glitched, I didn't get to invite her, though from what I saw on youtube, her content was inconsequential, anyway.
Javik's Content wasn't quite as funny as his Dialogue in the rest of the game, but I'm glad my Shepard wasn't a Bachelor, lets just keep it at that.
Joker's little story he tells the Bartender, If you are a fan of his VA's work on "Robot Chicken", you will likely be laughing hard at it.
EDI and Traynor... Wow... just wow, hahahahaha.
    Wrex
Body-Slamming the C-Sec Shuttle, That's one way to take care of that problem, I guess, lol
Overall, the Citadel DLC is worth the $15. Its a hell of a sendoff for Mass Effect 3 and one hell of an apology from Bioware. Now if only some of the ******s on the Bioware Social Network would leave.

For me I've come to accept Control as my canon ending. I pretend that the Normandy Crew would eventually find a way to bring my consciousness back and place it in a new body either organic or synthetic. If this series can bring a dead body back to life, then my idea isn't that far a stretch of the imagination.

As for the DLC. The last one is by far the best. As far as send offs are concern I really wish Garrus had something to do with going back to enroll in the Spectre program again. That was one thing I felt would of completed his journey to become a Spectre.

I haven't bought a piece of DLC yet but the idea that i can use both Me1 and 2 squad members is inticing soo is it worth the 15$ They're asking? I Dunno it seems kinda steep to me.

Oh I know about the Destroy ending, but I can't bring myself to consider that my default ending, because EDI dies, as does all the Geth (therefore also dealing a major blow to the Quarians) and it leaves the door open for all of galactic civilisation to destroy itself when Synthetics are eventually recreated and tensions between them and Organics begin again... see? I did pay attention to all that gumph.

Hey did anyone else catch the incidental dialog that civilians say in the part of the Citadel outside Shepherds apartment?

One guy comments on the guy who's walking around with the super hot sex bot, his girlfriend comments that its disgusting...

I'm pretty sure EDI survived the destroy ending when I picked it. Am I remembering it wrong?
