I'm really not a fan of the Big 3.

Bleach was kind of the only one I could get in to but only at the begining, after the Soul Society arc was finished I was done with it, though mostly due to Paladin_Vance's recomendation that I do. I have no interest at any time picking it back up.

Compared to who? American cartoons/comics? I can name literally hundreds of Japanese manga or anime that had great endings. I could take an entire page in this thread trying to list them. For American cartoons or comics, I can probably count the great endings on my fingers.

Hell, I would go even further and say that the only reason we've had ANY good endings in American cartoons at all is because of the growing Japanese influence and the generation of American animation writers who grew up watching anime. Before the current crop of writers, American cartoons didn't have endings. FFS, most of them didn't even have continuing stories. 99% of the cartoons were designed so the episodes could be watched in any order.

About time. I liked Naruto but lately every arc seems to repeat itself.

As for Bleach I thought it was supposed to end a while ago

Yeah. One of the most irritating things is anything with a romance sub plot. The majority of creators are terrified of committing to any particular relationship out of fear of making their fans angry. Or goddamn Ranma. That was such a bullshit ending.

I can only tell you some series that have had good endings.

For American series, Thundercats had an ending long before Anime influenced American cartoons. Gargoyles had an ending. Beast Wars had an ending. Even the X-Men and Spider-Man toons from the 90s had endings.

So that's five, count them five, shows covering an airing period from the 1980's to say the early 2000's. Out of Christ knows how many.

Oh, I know, but I wasn't really talking about American animation at first. I was strictly staying with the Japanese and then someone said American cartoons only have endings because of Japanese influences, which I was pointing out is not entirely true. In fact, most American cartoons even today don't have actual endings.

The thing is, just becuase a show has an ending doesn't make it a good one. And sometimes, a bad ending can really ruin the mood of the show over all. Gilgamesh, Evangelion, Big O, and My-Hime are examples of this.

Bleach's last arc w/ the invading Quincy's has been great for the first 2/3s. Then it went to shit for a while and seems to be getting back on track in the past couple weeks with the invasion of the Royal Realm. The problem is that Kubo creates way too many damn characters ad has to figure out ways to make them work.

Naruto has become a horrible Manga. Period. The "War" with Madara and Obito was good. Madara becoming a stronger/singular villain after Obito pulled a Starscream made decent sense and a good threat with a good fight (with the oddity of a Susanoo armored giant Nine-Tails that Naruto and Sasuke floated in and piloted like a Jaeger or Zord).

Pulling out the mother of Chakra and making Zetsu part of the final fight while heavy handing all of the "destiny" and "history repeating itself" garbage created a drawn out and pointless fight. Nevermind Obito's random face-turn. Now it's the obligatory Sasuke vs Naruto that will ultimately be their lamest fight and end with a friendship speech.

Yeah, that was MY point. American cartoons almost never get a proper ending. And whenever they have, you can thank the animators and writers having grown up watching anime and letting their influences show through.

You were saying that bad endings are a Japanese thing:
...which is asinine and wildly inaccurate. And also suggests a comparison to some non-Japanese country that gets endings right more often. A mythical mystery country which does not exist on this Earth.

    ...And its almost over folks

See The Last Naruto film before reading the Final Episodes.

The Manga ends how it began with an Uzumaki defacing the hokage monument
    Hinata x Naruto --- 2 kids girl & boy
Finally Naruto becomes Hokage after Hatake Kakashi's short tenure in the film
Sasuke totally looks like Madara . Alse he and Sakura have a kid

So did they have kids during the epilogue or at the beginning of the film?
Did have a prosthetic arm or somehow they find a way to regrew his arm?
    What happened to Tsunade?
Did Sasuke got a pardon or he's still a fugitive?

I never really got into Naruto, but I'm sure there are plenty of fans who have been waiting for a definite conclusion.

The last act of Part II turned into the Dr. Phil show no joke. Everything was fine until the 4th Ninja War. I mean they could have ended the book with The Pain arc and nobody would have complained nobody.

While my interest in Naruto has waned over the years, I'm very satisfied with the ending.

More importantly, I'm happy to see
all my ships become canon, especially SasuSaku and NaruHina. Himawari and Sarada are so cute!!!
