Are you asking who'd win in a war between Cybertron and MCU Earth, or which was the better fiction? If a war, Cybertron would win. MCU has a handful of people that could go toe to toe against one or two TF's, or in Cap Marvel, Thor's or Scarlet Witch's case, several TF's, but overall you've got a planetary population that's all capable of pressing thousands of lbs easily, impervious to nearly all human weaponry, and able to transform into useful stuff (and that's the lower left slope of the population bell curve). Gestalts easily outclass Hulk, Kursed, leviathans, etc. And frankly, either Prime or Megatron could defeat anyone short of Cap Marvel, and Meg's fusion cannon could cut through her defenses. Then there's the fact that Cybertron is millions of years more advanced that MCU Earth. Unicron would planet-rape Ego, though Galactis could pose a problem. Frankly, a unified Cybertron wins easily. Now, in terms of better fiction, MCU, hands down.
The G1 cartoon was great for what it was, and it was easily the best action cartoon in the early-mid 80's, but it was a shoestring budget on an impossibly tight deadline. For real, prior to GI Joe and Transformers the most exciting animation on TV was the Crest ad with the Cavity Creeps attacking tooth city. The comparable to MCU in terms of budget and time would be the Bay movies, and those scripts were written in crayon. Seriously, unbelievably inconsistent movie to movie, horrendously bad dialogue, reason thrown out the window for the sake of macho one-liners, and the lowest of low brow sex humor. Don't get me wrong, I love dick and fart jokes, but more in the vein of Idiocracy, and not in the vein of what Idiocracy caricatures. While on the other hand, the MCU remained consistent, didn't contradict itself, and had excellent dialogue. So yeah, in terms of fiction, MCU wins out easily. Transformers has unbelievable potential, but the G1 cartoon and comic were too limited to make the most of it, and everything that has come since hasn't come close to what Marvel has done with their properties the last dozen years.
