Some targets around me had raised the price of MU to 8.99 since before Christmas. And Walmarts have them at 8.97.

that sux. Wal-Marts here have had them for $8.99...I had to pay $8.99 for World War Hulk, but justified since he has more plastic...now, to put my ML WWHulk in the for sale pile (but waiting until i can either get ALL ML as MU before converting over and selling-off)

Yeah,I just noticed the other day that Target actually lowered their price from $8.99 down to $7.99.Now if they would just stock something new besides Iron Man and AIM Soldiers.

Count yourself as fortunate and as having a selection. One of those two is not available at my local Target stores. I'll let you guess which.

maybe they should put the Iron Man and Spidermen on clearance for $3.00 to make way for new stuff. Note to Hasbro, stop competing with your other lines by making MU of those characters!
oh, and the Iron Man MOVIE figures are up to $6.99...which is so weird. If no one is buying them at $5.00, why jack the price up? seems to go against EVERYTHING i was taught in Economics 101 involving supply and demand.

The IM figure prices have nothing to do with Hasbro but do fall into the purview if the retailers. I completely agree about flooding the line with characters that fill other lines as well though.

i totally didn't mean Hasbro had anything to do with the IM prices. i was totally talking about Target raising the prices. I should be more clear. I was still in the train of thought of what i saw today at Target. ADHD

I passed up $12.88 Comic 2-Pack of Dark Avengers Spidey/Wolvie at Wal-Mart...and the half dozen Sentry/Spidey packs.
At My Target were 2 Captain America/Wolvie packs, SOOOO Tempting! If i didn't see the last Toyfare magazine, i would have totally bought that pack, but now, i'm patiently waiting for the Movie/Comic Captain America figs coming by the end of this month...did a new ToyFare magazine come out this week? Any idea if any MU are in it? I didn't venture too far from home (to comic shop) today due to my roads still are bad, but needed to mail a ton of toys out.

I've been thinking about picking up that Captain America/Wolverine set at Target, and then I stop in there today and they raised the price from $12.99 to $14.99.Crap.I guess I'll hold off a little longer and hope for a price drop. They don't seem to be selling at all.

It's pretty hard to find some of these. She was one of the many MU figures that still hasn't shown up around me, the one I scored was found by a friend who lives further out.

But, I'm very glad that this line is getting all sorts of characters from all over the MU.

She's a little, minature green and purple costumed Wasp from the Secret Wars series. She comes packaged with Doom and Absorbing Man.

haha, WHEW, i went to look for mine(i got that set for Christmas) because i was concerned that i threw her and the gun away...i never even opened the package! so, yes, i have a mini-Wasp and a mini-Antman. good-enough for them.
so, i've been combining my Joes with MU...MU are taller.
That's okay, because it's not like ML and MU difference...but does this bother anyone?
When i was a kid, i'd combine He-Man with Joes with Secret Wars, etc. It didn't bother me as much then.
