Mark ryan I hate it when this guy is introduced as the "voice of Bumblebee and Jetfire". If you have virtually no lines then that is not really a voice credit.....just say he's the voice of Jetfire. Bumblebee is different radio stations. I mean for craps sake, Tom Hanks had more lines coming out of Bumblebee's vocal processor than Mark Ryan. Give him the credit........ Jeezus....
I haven't watched the longer clip yet but it's just so funny that Bumblebee has been pushed as the big bad American muscle car but he was actually built in Canada.
Mark Ryan was BB in the games. I think it's great that he admits that we "hard-core" fans whine alot. I agree but it's our right. At least it shows he actually listens to us.
At least he's nice about it though. He doesn't rip into anyone just because they like some other Bumblebee better but seems to have that rather healthy attitude that no project will ever be able please everyone. Doesn't make him wrong or the hard core fan wrong, just that taste are going to vary when things run for a very very long time.
If the microphone weren't there in the preview image for the first video I'd swear that dude's about to whoop Mark's ass. Somethin' about him.
Amazing no mark in british and i didnt know he was copying ray winston as jetfire. plus he coudnt say if bee will talk in this film but he give out a little hint that him and sam bounced off banter between each other while filming tf3 so in a sence i think bee will talk tbh..
Mark Ryan was the voice of Bumblebee from the Transformers: Beginnings (Prequel cartoon). He was the main narrator.
In addition to Jetfire, Ryan originally had at least one line for Bumblebee in ROTF (which was cut), reprised his role as Bumblebee (and thus speaking many lines) in Transformers: Beginnings and the ROTF games, and is also the on-set voice for all the Transformer characters. Also voiced a number of characters in the 2007 Transformers games. I think given all that, it's more than fair enough to refer to him as "the voice of Bumblebee". Not only that, from what I understand, it was designed and engineered by Holden in Australia.
Don't knock Mark Ryan. The guy is pure class. Those of us who got a chance to see his panel at TFcon know this. Very nice guy. Full of lots of stories, too.
