I bet numerous members here are laughing how little that is compared to the amount they've spent.

Ah that's the norm nowadays. Also from the looks of it he's also collecting 3P stuff, so when u add it all up the amount wouldn't be that surprising.

    No big deal.

Only 32K means he's probably not much of a vintage collector

32,000 since 2002 would be around 2666 a year, 51 a week or one deluxe-scout sized figure a day. Something about those numbers seems tame to me compared to prominent "video reviewers" and just about everyone in South-east Asia that gets figures early to add to their giant collections.

Not impressed. I know lots of collectors whose collections are worth much more than $32K.

    I'm sure I've matched that.

Some 3rd Party, every main line, bits of the small lines, related non-toy products, KOs, imports, extra weapons, DVDs, comics....

Just try to have a complete run of the regular MIB G1 pre-rubs, pretty soon you'll be spending around $50K and your collection won't still be complete.

That's what I was thinking! Just scanning those pics, I couldn't see any G1 stuff at all. Then I look at my humble collection & I don't even wanna contemplate trying to add up how much this set me back, & that set me back, & this, & that...
