First and foremost a boob job usually leads to more plastic surgery because the person hasn't learned to love and accept themself for who they are!
Plus bigger boobs leads to health problems, such as bac problems and these groves in the top of your shoulders from the bra straps both of which I have.

and the clothes thing is right too, I can't wear anything that is button down because it stretches out between the buttoned areas.
plus my waist is skinnier than my boobs so all my shirts hand over my boobs and go straight down making it look like my waist sticks out as far as my boobs which isn't the case. Plus if you are spilling out of any areas of your bra it shoes on the shirt, and it's very hard to not only find a shirt that fits properly but a bra that fits properly too.

 

I once saw a woman break bricks with her boobs on some American tv show (America's Got Talent?)... everything is possible.

A world where even our beloved gender-specific friends will betray us. Truly, this is a sad time indeed.

 

You can never underestimate the power of boobs as a sexual signal. It's the reason we're bombarded with it all the time. Can't fight biology.

There's also the fact that if you get plastic surgery the odds you'll commit suicide jump something like 3 times.

That's a failure of clothing makers, rather than a problem with big boobs. Busty isn't the only body type that has problems finding cloths that look good on them. Even men can have it. I have real trouble with shirts, gloves, and shoes. Due to my body shape. It also doesn't help that garment sizes are not standardized.

There's like 9 of those already.

 

When I was pregnant I went into a 12K (US 30K) I had to spend $120 on one bra from a specialised lingerie store overseas. I looked absolutely deformed. I remember crying at an ante natal appointment because every morning I would wake up and feel like I couldn't breathe....i was literally being crushed by my own boobs. I am built small everywhere but my bust and hips. I am not that big a cup size now (I am a 12 F). I fluctuate anywhere around a DDD to a G normally depending on weight and where I am in my cycle. I am clinically estrogen dominant which I think contributes to my bust. My mother did have a reduction and is now an E cup - she was an M when she had the first reduction which bought her down to a H and then a second a year later to get her to an E.

Plus naturally large boobs sag. You can't have natural boobs as heavy as mine without saggage over time. I know when people see me walk past with my boobs in my nice firm bra they imagine what I look like naked but I promise the reality is much different   My boobs are bottom heavy and are tear drop shaped....they are what they are.....

Actually, in an interesting study I read it was determined that the vast majority of men actually secretly prefer average sized breasts - around a b or c cup. Men will gape at large breasts but I am positive that a lot of men are actually acting in ways they think should as men. I know many men who aren't obsessed with boobs, and some who find them awkward. My incredibly flat cheated friend has zero problem finding interested men and no shortage of attention.... I wouldn't say she is stunningly beautiful or so gorgeous that she is some kind of exception to the rule. My ex was a butt man and paid pretty much no attention to the boobs but couldn't keep his hands off my butt.

I think small busted women should be happy with their bodies and realise that boobs aren't the only 'sexual signal' women posses.....

 

As I man I say I like all type of boobs, size doesn't matter.
