Man files largest lawsuit in history - Lawsuit asks for more money than is available in total on planet Earth.

All I can say is wow...

His bargaining posture is highly dubious...

So, a 5 with 35 zeros after it's not worth it?

I'm going to be the joke-killing logical guy and say that even if this guy does win his lawsuit, I'm pretty sure he's not going to be paid the requested amount of "$All Of The Money". If you're trying to sue for all of the money, you'll need a better case than "A rabid dog bit my finger off". Maybe you should put a bounty on that annoying samurai that has been slowly undermining your schemes of world domination...

Although, I don't know why I'm reading this here and now, because I have a hunch this is just going to end up on Radio Dead Air. :p

He wouldn't live long enough to receive the full amount from the settlement even if he won and those "cash now" places like JG Wentworth would laugh him out the fucking door.

Frankly, I want to know where he's getting these charges from. Retaliation, fraud and attempted murder? He got bitten by a dog! Why not throw in grand theft auto, child abuse and rape in there while you're at it. It might give him more charges with which to win the lawsuit. :redface2:

I'm not sure that "having so much money you literally can't use it all" would be a very worrying experience.

I've heard of 'Ask for lots, but settle for less' but this is rediculous.

Sounds like the court could just throw out the case because the guy is obviously some kind of fucking nutcase. A reasonable amount is a reasonable amount. Demanding an unreasonable amount just means you'll be fast-tracked to the 'Erm... NO!' camp of replies saved for people that don't mentally seem to live in the real world.

All the money in the world?

I'm sure the world will be more then happy to just hand that over. Make him have to go around the world demanding it from world leaders. I'm sure they won't just shoot him or something. :p

Actually, let him have it all. And then we'll just immediately start using 'Munneh' instead of money and all the money he has will instantly become worthless because nobody uses it anymore.
