Man Dresses As Batman To Take On Creepy Clowns The letter from the kid is adorable. https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...9172665153&set=pcb.1149443421817051&source=48
god what the hell is happening in the world. this just all feels like a parks and rec synopsis but it just won't end
Jim Gordon: What about escalation? Batman: Escalation? Jim Gordon: We start carrying semi-automatics, they buy automatics. We start wearing Kevlar, they buy armor piercing rounds. Batman: And? Jim Gordon: And, you're wearing a mask. Jumping off rooftops. Now, take this guy. [pulling out a file] Jim Gordon: Armed robbery, double homicide, has a taste for the theatrical, like you. Leaves a calling card. [shows Batman a plastic evidence bag containing a Joker card] Batman: I'll look into it.
..Crazy that we live in a world where stuff like this is actually happening. But then considering the time of year people running around in costumes makes sense.
Yeah, this. We don't necessarily need the Batman costumes but we definitely do need the clown-punching. Everyone needs to do their part if they come across this crap.
Funny thing, around where I live there's a similar thing going on. Some of my folks even spotted him riding a motorcycle. When it comes to clowns, personally, I call the cops. The clowns need to be stopped and I think law enforcement will help. Dressing as Batman is admittedly an interesting way to go about handling the clown issue.
Aside from one of two assaults, it this anything but a few 15 year old kids wearing Halloween masks? Is there really any threat to public safety?
Yes, but a slow building one, the biggest threat I figure is eventually going to be to the people doing the dressing up themselves. If it keeps up and keeps growing, especially if they keep targeting schools while wielding weapons, it will eventually get out of control. People have been phoning police offices basically asking if they can take action against the clowns. The machete wielding morons who go up to front doors and get in people's back yards are going to cause the before mentioned escalation where, eventually, someone will get shot, even if it's just a series of pranks.
There were a few sightings in my town. A guy went to the middle school dressed as a murder clown and chased a few 10-11 year olds down the street shouting threats and expletives. Id be ready to kill someone if they chased and threatened my daughter, who will be at that school next year. Kid or not. Prank or not. Id be pissed. Any self respecting dad would be.
Thank God this never happened when I was growing up. I was terrified of all clowns except Ronald McDonald. And now according to the news, he's paying the price for these assholes playing out scenes from It.
Yeah, I saw that on the news a couple of days ago, Ronald won't be making any appearances for a while, because of all this stupidity. They also said they hoped things would go back to normal after Halloween was over.
