So I can't have my cake and eat it too????

But seriously, sounds good! Can't wait to try this out. Might get one for my kids as well, with the WFS so they can mess with it.

Yea, my kids always want to transform my cassettes and think they are the coolest things being so small/flat and then transform into something crazy.
That is what I love about them, all start out in a flat blocky shape and turn into something different.

Ok guys the cassette is now ready to order at this link:
    https://www.shapeways.com/shops/lostshop

There are 4 versions and an add-on:

Transformers Cassette-F22 (from €46)= is the version that i printed, so you can order in both wsf or fud material with absolutely no problem!

Transformers Cassette-F22-no-logo (from €46)= same as above but without decepticons logo if you want to add stickers by yourself

Transformers Cassette-F22 cheap version (from € 35)= I used a different sprue (what that keep all pieces together) to contain costs, i've never printed it so it may result in less detail due to difficult polished work or may also come perfectly, you have to try

Transformers Cassette-F22-cheap-no-logo (from € 35) = same as above but without decepticon logos

USB case add-on weapon (from €8) = you can add a usb case to your cassette to use it as a flash drive

Soon i'll post an image with instructions

Thank you for being so kind and helpful for others to own a copy of your hard work.
A friend and I here are picking up two copies and will post them here when completed.
Please consider more cassettes as they are for sure a dying thought / idea being designed from the 80's that kids today have no idea what cassettes are and where they came from.
So you can't see Hasbro ever pushing for more new molds, but the fans of the 80's Transformers who are in their 30's and 40's now always love to see more new molds.
Great , great ,Job Sir !

Just received and put mine together, I ordered the cheap version in Green Strong & Flexible Polished.

The guns do not fit into the holes, even with a lot of sanding it is extremely tight.
The Cockpit was really gappy at first and with some sanding it still is quite a large gap. Unfortunately below is the best I could get it.

I used some old dressmaker pins to pin it all together which was quite difficult then cut the heads off.

I may add some painted details at some point but here is an idea of what you'll get :) .

Hi Localfreak and thank you for purchase.
Looking at your model it seems that the cheap version is better than mine wsf in some parts, for example in my model i can't see the distructicon logo at all, in your is clear, for other parts i can't judge, it's not in my hand...

The guns do not fit into the holes even in mine, i've to press them, but i prefear tight than loose.

For the cockpit gap i think you should use sand paper in the point shown in picture attached.

Mine is better even if i didn't use sandpaper, this takes me to think that the print process comes different some times...

I'm sorry if the model is not what you thinked but with a little of crafting i think it will be far better.
