Since I missed out on the crowdfund, how much was the figure originally?

You know I actually can't remember as it was so long ago - I don't think he cost more than Meteor but I could be wrong

Ya as a collector i hate hate hate when things are ruined or mismade expecially when it comes from big dollar figures. I hope if any are it's the exceptional few. Thou by this point i am not overly impressed to see this happen on a 3rd version of the mold.

Finally got a chance to open him. Really impressive... I didn't know that he was going to be almost completely painted, so that was a pleasant surprise. My arms & head seem to be nice & tight, but my leg (his left) is somewhat floppy, but still stands well unless i go with an extreme A stance. Overall im really happy with the results. 20190710_133438.jpg 20190710_133501.jpg 20190710_133522.jpg

I got mine and he looks great.
Arms and wing hinges are a little loose, but hold poses. Feet are extremely tight
I do have one quick question though: are his wings supposed to click in flat on his back in robot mode? Mine sit at a slight angle.
I can see a small slot in his back for a tab on the wing, but it doesn't seem to sit flush.
I moved recently and can't get my Meteor out of storage yet to compare.

There are tabs for the wings to sit flush.

I have the same issues as you, even loose hinges. In fact, mine look like it was blown up because a lot of the parts underneath the jet were not together.

I tried to push those wing tabs in multiple times and just left where they would go. I don't think its notice able and have no intentions of trimming plastic.

That is where I am at right now. As I said, he looks great on my shelf.

He's looking great, judging from all of the wonderful pics being posted, but I still can't help but shed a tear over the "vintage" deco that could have been.

Original invoice was for 1005 HKD that included shipping. I don’t recall the conversion then, but today it’s about 129 shipped.

HKD is one of the most stable currency so more or less around $130 USD which I should have paid for it. :(

So. It's nearly fully painted on a mold that wasn't built for it. So some fit issues. There are parts that are tighter than the OG Seekers and parts that aren't.

One of the chest intake/ boob things pops off easily but I had the same problem on their Thundercracker.

The head pops off easily but I think it's because they remolded the part with the head peg when they changed the nosecone C-Clip to a pinned joint.

Overall I'm very happy with it especially as the paint is very well done at a 10 min inspection but it could have been a bit better. For instance, what aren't the wing fillers painted?!?

How long is it taking everyone from tracking to arrival? I got tracking on 7/3, processed through HK on 7/5 and nothing since. Mine must've been one of the last ones to go out.

Mine was posted on 7/4 and I got it on 7/8, so that's 4 days only.

Mine was shipped on 7/3 and arrived on 7/9. My guess, its held up in customs and is taking longer than it should. Give it until next week Tues/Wed and maybe reach out to MT afterwards. I've had packages do that or even take longer, even from the same sellers on repeated purchases. I don't know why this happens but it does.
