I doubt anyone will sell this piece right away, at least not for a high markup. If Maketoys does offer another character/repaint via crowdfunding jump in asap.

 

I mean basically any limited exclusive I wish they’d release normally. They’re so damn cool. Like maketoys Screamer. Seriously. I don’t wanna buy from chosen prime. Please.

 

Really looking forward to getting this. Any more inside info on when this will ship? Looks ready to go from all the previous facebook posts they have made...

 

Hope so - I just hope the packaging is better than the flimsy G2 style packaging for Screamer as mine arrived damaged and I'm not sure if Make toys will even offer to sell replacement parts

 

I would go through the seller, IMO, in this instance. I like doing it because it puts the pressure on them to address it and they already have a relationship with the manufacturer. It may end up saving a few bucks too but it also has its draws back to, like not having control over the communication and how quickly its addressed.

I thought he would have been released by now. Congrats to those that wanted the toon version. I REALLLY wanted the orange and yellow IDW version but oh well. What are the chances of getting an Acid Storm at this point?

 

I see it the same as you do. I think Maketoys can easily sell Sunstorm, Acid Storm, Bitstream, Hotlink, Nova Storm, Ion Storm, Slipstream, and a generic purple seeker without crowd funding. If they're so concerned, release a limited number of each and watch them all sell out.

 

I didn't buy this figure, but you guys had better be patient. A friend of mine bought a G2 Screamer, and he got one where the waist is preventing him from transforming the figure fully into bot mode. Seriously, by this point MT should have gotten the QC down pat when it comes to producing this figure.

 

Wasn't this suppose to be done before Christmas?

This should of be done with this past March. We should of had a new crowdfund/preorder of other colored seekers by now. Make toys is losing money. Right now Make toys have the top/hottest seekers, but if Takara released a test shot of seekers V2 or if Fans Toys decided to join the seeker bandwagon, many would wait and MT would loose it's current market.

 

And I thought I was the only one getting frustrated with the constant delays here.

Here's hoping a reply from MT is we are sending them out this month, though I may not believe that until its in my hands of course
