Followed Nems's instructions this afternoon and removed, rotated, and replaced the knee pins. I found it far more harrowing than I probably should have, but everything worked out in the end and I'm very happy to have the hydraulics pegging in correctly.

    I'm glad my rambling helped!

I've also been kind of tempted by Guardia, but I also like CW Defensor enough that I'm not super tempted have two versions of the same bot. Maybe if it went on sale.

Then again, by the end of the year I'll probably have 3 different representations of Computron, so what do I know? :v

I'm going for four! G1, Unite Warriors, Quantron, and Warbotron.
my first and favorite combiner, nuff said.

I just finished my repair work on Celeritas and Metal Storm. BBTS sent me a complete arm up past the shoulder joint in the torso, so this was the smartest way to swap Metal Storm's arm.

Yes the Guardia limbs are on another level to the quantron ones. I still easily refer to Axle for example as the best bike transformer ever made. All are very fun figures, dying to complete the set asap.

I'll know tomorrow. I ordered the figures individually over a couple of months but waited until I could bundle the set into one shipment from TFsource. I was going to wait on it a little longer but after my Quantron's errors said "SHIP!"

my Fedex tracker shows the box weighs about 17 pounds.

meanwhile, I did have to put some Pledge on Metal Storm's ankles, the ball joints are a little too loose to hold the weight of the cannon.

Check back later for another picture or two when I have Warbotron.

Between holding out due to the cost of getting the whole set, the replacement parts fiasco, Quantron was well worth the wait!

Actionrobo has the individual release Celeritas in stock. He should be popping up everywhere else soon (or late July, if you're TFSource ;) ).

As a counterpoint, I got Katana and lost most of my interest in Guardia, especially finding out the goofy shoulder joints on Katana are used on at least one of the other limb bots as well. I find the Guardia limbs more finnicky to try to post and keep their parts connected/tabbed.

Quantron is so good I bought a second set to display in a combination of alt and bot modes while keeping one set combined.

I was on Maketoys' exclusive store page for the Charity edition Hellfire and couldn't help but look at Ripper. So I went to Ebay and got one cheap from someone clearing their collection! mint in package.

    Ripper's great.

Cool! Hopefully TFSource will have it soon too then, and TCP finally gets a MakeToys shipment. :)

He's in my PoL, but I'm waiting for Backdraft and Titan Wars Optimus before shipping.

    Patience is hard.

DX9 Arcee and Kup for me. It's annoying, but I figure that it's been a long enough wait so what's another week or two?

(It's slow and creeping madness, is what it is. But it will be totally worth the wait to finally have a bipedal Quantron)

got Celeritas this morning hes an awesome figure by himself while the head could be a bit bigger the over all aesthetic is nice though. mine has a few qc issues had to clear a bit of flashing of one of his tabs. my largest issue i have is when connecting him to the rest of quantron the slots where he slides in on Metalstorms leg is very loose like i picked him up to put him on the shelf and he fell off loose. I hope this is just my figure( i may just have him on the wrong side)

Celeritas arrived today and can I just say, he is a treat. I've always thought that everyone's pics of Quantron looked awesome, but having him complete in hand proves what everyone says. He's great.

And as a bonus, he looks amazing next to Hasbro's CW Superion and Defensor.
