    I'm totally down for both this upgrade and Tailgate. They look fantastic, and as someone just said, it completely modernises the deluxe Cyclonus mould.

    Kind of wish it came with two horns, it looks broken this way. Well, I know it is supposed to look broken but still :/
    Looks cool despite that, I'll probably get it. I have every version of that mold so changing one of them up a bit could be nice.

    Until someone finally makes a new mold for IDW Cyclonus, this is the best version of that character we got now and I appreciate Maketoys for doing that.

    I wonder if the hip skirt impedes transformation at all?

    It seems the skirts panels fold away for the legs transformation and then, sit on the rear of the jet

    I really need this Cyclonus set. Could care less about Tailgate, although he does look cool, Cyclonus is my focus.

    If its sold as a set with the lil fella, I'll just sell him of to recoup some money.

    I only have the Universe version of Cyclonus (dark purple) so I hope that there will be different varyations of this upgrade set....

    Looks good, but I'd really like to have a two-horned head and I reeeeeeally wish MakeToys could've made a replacement bicep assembly to give him bicep rotation.

    I like this kit a lot, but it's going to be hard to color match the purple on these parts with the faded purple color of the RTS Cyclonus. Maybe Henkei will be a better fit?

    Agreed and agreed. Better than nothing for now, and still looks pretty fantastic for what it is.

    It doesn't matter which version so long as it's the Universe/Classics 2.0 mold. It's just whichever color preference you have. It seems to match best with the Battle In Space version but is physically compatible with the Universe/Classics 2.0/Henkei versions.

    Btw Cyclonus has had 1 horn in most of the MTME run, so I don't mind the look. The main thing I'm wondering is if the new hands are still Targetmaster compatible.

    This looks great! Too bad I don't have this mold anymore.

    It'd be really nice to have a new MTMTE Cyclonus figure, but this is sufficient for now.

    Maketoys' Drift Sword fits in hands with 5mms holes, so yes, the hands will still be Targetmaster compatible.

    Glad I picked up BIS Hot Rod and Cyclonus when it was still super cheap. I can see this set rising in price just due to this MT release. :lol  I also picked up Henkei Cyclonus for cheap at Mandarake when I was in Japan so I can still display him next to Gen/United Scourge and UT Galvatron, and have BIS Cyclonus with the MT upgrade kit for my Lost Light display.

    I'll have to echo the sentiment that I want this set but don't want Tailgate. Tailgate looks great but I'm not enamored enough with him to want a 3rd Party version over the official.

    They sell KO's of that sword on eBay all the time. I bought a set of 2 for around $11 USD shipped.
