Fair enough. Though for me personally, I like that the Divine Shooter foot looks more like the hard-to-capture-in-toy-form toe that Takara was trying to duplicate (and subsequently was so divisive among collectors) on their Super Ginrai.

Nah its from one of the Gundam Collections. It's about half the size of a HG.

 

Told myself I wouldn't buy the same molds but found an original Striker Manus for $60 on an Ebay auction. Buster Skywing wasn't doing it for me as a display piece so the combination is very refreshing and fills the detolf well. SM Premium has such loose joints when I combined him with Skyfire for the first time he was an absolute mess. The original one holds surprisingly well for a used piece and can wear the armor flawlessly. Also I don't fully transform the legs in combined mode which makes him nice and tall.

 

Got some weapons made up from Ariel's Customs @fakebusker83 for Striker Manus and Rioter Despotron. WOW Look at these things! Great work, Ariel!

 

Those molds are so cool. You could probably make them even cooler with some model paints : )

Got my Striker Manus + Buster Skywing combo deal from the TFSource sale... Yay!

I rarely get 3P figures outside of Legends scale. These had been on my wishlist for a while, so when I saw that deal I jumped on it. Manus came in a plastic bag, no box.. not a huge deal.

Happy to have these guys!

 

I've had this guy forever, but I think this is the first time I've ever photographed him. Striker Noir took the spot I was going to put MMC Commotus in, definitely a good choice.

 

I've had so many chances to get this figure. The most recent was back when TCP had Delta Manus - I had just gotten my pre-order secured and then... two days later Noir popped up on BBTS at the original MSRP (I don't know how they had one still) and I was trying to be fiscally responsible. When I finally thought to myself I'm going to jump on it, it was gone. C'est la vie. The only figure I've beat myself up over not getting.

 

I've been there MANY times, my friend lol. Oddly enough, the KO has a great enough qc rep that it has basically tanked the value of the original to close to, and sometimes, even cheaper than original US MSRP. It really is outstanding for anywhere close to $100, from the menacing look to the outstanding articulation points. The feet are unexpectedly hard to master, it's almost like they can do TOO much sometimes, but generally all upper-tier articulation. Plus the 73859262 weapons it comes with is awesome as well.

 

I can only hope CD Galvatron joins my shelf one day. Such a cool line that ended way too soon.

and if not, a premmy repaint of Rioter Despotron at the very least   I still like him very much but he could use it.

 

Finally transformed this guy. I won't lie - I didn't have fun. At least at first. Panelicious folds and tabs that don't want to tab. I got it eventually, but it was... a massage of parts. Also, I can't seem to get the tabs from the cab door to go into the slot above the wheel well - you can see it in the first picture. *shrugs* Eh. Despite my gripes, I'm still happy I have this in my collection.

Your eyes don't decieve you, and no, neither the trailer or the gun mounted on the side are warped - my point and click camera is pretty old, and it distorts flat surfaces at close range.

Yeah, it makes a pretty big difference. I kinda just winged it, but it turned out pretty well.
