Which is why I’m annoyed that they wasted so much time on God Bomber.

I still believe this figure is a triple changer. Why have the parts movement in the treads?

    Intrigued.

Doubt he'll fit in well with my collection, but we'll see. The line has been smaller than MP, right?

Yes, this is more of a CHUG line.
The figures are still great, though, and worthy of any collection.

    :(

I have significant space issues and because of this almost nothing CHUG spends any significant amount of time on display. That will leave me leaning heavily away from getting him. But if the final product is premium enough, I may grab him anyhow. But most maketoys stuff doesn't fit that bill. We'll see. I'll keep on eye on this guy. Also, I love Galvatron in general, he's one of my very favorite G1 villians.

That's funny, I did the opposite for space issues. I made my MP collection super small.

Depends on what you mean by premium. I personally believe Maketoys CD line is the best 3rd party line we have. Amazing quality, crazy articulation, and if you do like CHUG perfect designs. hopefully you warm up to it but if not at least you'll save a buck.

They're both Ultra class right? Depending on the size of your chug collection, they should be perfect.

If you have CW Megatron and TR Prime as your leaders, they might be too small for a chug collection. (I feel Galvatron should be the same size or bigger than Megatron).

If you have Toyworld/Zeta Megatron and Prime, or MT CD Megatron and Prime, they should fit well in your collection.

They are both much bigger than Striker Manus and Rioter Despotron. I hate to show my ugly mug but this should give you a better idea of their size... hopefully

Thanks for posting this :)  I'm sure he's going to look great once we see a colored test shot, but I would like it more if it came with a more traditionally styled Galvatron helmet (I know traditional isn't the point of this line, just my bent), and I still think his cannon looks like Jabba's sail barge. Either way, he sill looks good :)

I’m sure someone on shapeways is gonna make or refit a Galvatron head for this.

This looks amazing, can’t wait. It’s the perfect stylized Galvatron figure

I’m really glad you illustrated this, because I was hoping both Skywing and galactron would be larger than Striker Manus and Rioter Despotron. And from the size of skywing compared to your face I think they are haha

I like bigger figures. Easier to handle. Takes up more space though.

:D  Yeah, it's just that... what ever it is on the top of the cannon that makes me see that, too.

Boy, very interested in the height of this thing. I love CD but I actually don't want a Galvatron who towers over Rioter Despotron.

But he’s supposed to be a super version of Megatron so that could make sense right. Or maybe the CD Universe follows IDW in that Galvatron is a separate character from Megatron, idk. In that case he could large regardless
