Same... was excited for this a year ago... but it's been so long and so many other cool things are coming out that my interest is really fading. It's still a great deal for the price it seems... so I'm still hanging in there. Definitely the longest wait from final-product photos to release in 3P history.

Those are cool pics, I have had this guy preordered for months but forgot who he is. Is he new? Will he be coming out soon? Lol dam I will be real upset if I have a Quantron figure in hand before this guy. I think this figure has "Fallen" off the edge of the planet!

 

That would sick, cuz that's alot of money I have wrapped up in preorders with CP. Paladin and the two other sets.

Yeah it's been out about a month or so along with the Mobine sets, I didn't realise that people were still waiting for them.

 

It is not, nor has ever been widely available. Production came to screeching halt when MT realized a big QC flaw was present in the products and had to cease production. Those who currently own them either have said flawed version or got insanely lucky and avoided the too-loose/too-tight joint qc issue most of the initial run had. My marine mobine set for example has a very loose left knee joint and has plastic-stress inducing very tight forearm missile pod joints.

So no most sites haven't even gone from pre-order to in-stock yet. Certainly not the big ones like TFS, BBTS or CP. They are all still waiting on stock.

I ordered mine in December 2012. It's been almost 9 months for me, honestly surprised my patience still remains in tact, a good sign of my respect for Maketoys I guess >_>

 

yeah, definitely hasn't been made widely available. i've had this preordered with bbts since they put it up in may i believe, so my patience concerning preorder to current isn't bad, but what is getting at me is that tfcon came and went with no word as to an update. is the fix currently in production? still fixing? when the hell can we expect it? you can tell me that it won't be ready until december and i won't care. i just want to know that it is indeed being fixed and still on the way.  (not raging)

 

Wow that sucks. At least they stopped production and are addressing the issue unlike other companies. Looks like its just a waiting game now with money in my pocket. Thanks for the info guys.  

 

MT certainly took its long sweet time to rectify whatever issues from the initial release. Its been quite awhile. Anyone aware or heard of any rumors regarding the release of paladin chaos? Honestly, I'm getting pissed...

 

I hate even coming in this thread. Stupid figure. Whatever maketoys, use the money I payed for paladin and the mobine armor sets and put it towards the first couple of Quantron figures. Just like FP, silence and not a word about anything.

 

Well their website still says August so they got 4 days to go =P

It would make me feel a lot better. I mean dude, I ordered this guy WAY back. Come on already. Even worse is I ordered the mobine sets and they aren't even a full figure, just add on pieces.

 

this is part of the reason why i don't pre-pay anymore. i just set the money aside and try not to use it. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but i get every figure i pre-order, so something's working.
but anyway, i find this situation much easier to cope with because of that. i don't mind if the figure is delayed due to fixes, but i would just like an updated estimated release date. i hope this guy actually does get a wide release eventually, but i just like to act like it doesn't exist unless i see this thread bumped......

 

I'm kind of hoping for some kind of bonus for those us us that have waited so long for these sets. Like an extra weapon or something.

 

So between this delay and the fact that, aside from the Glacialbots, FP has shown nothing lately, anyone else wondering if there's something up with their shared factory?
