The only way I see myself buying this is if
    1. Hasbro repaints G2 prime in Scourge Colors
    2. MT makes a special colored trailer for a scourge toy

Oh what the eff, I could swear I typed "900 HKD IN USD" the first time. My mistake!

    -edit-

Derp, I typed in 600 HKD the first time. Sorry!

It's an auction. The seller has igear products (1000 HKD) and Heavy Labour (500 HKD) listed as well...

How about waiting for an actual announced price from Maketoys before condeming the price point of their products :banghead:

It's just an auction right? For all we know this is just a jacked up pre-order. He is selling some items at pretty high prices.

I'm glad my surplus RTS G2 Primes already sold. Price has probably peaked now, unless the trailer winds up actually half this cost for most of the market.

First off, there is no damn way I would ever move to Asia. LMAO I am not some manga kids with dreams of beign Japanese lol

Second you all talk over head blah blah blah. How is it they can put out some products for the same price as HK companies and then jack up others? Oh wait they have magic shipping with some companies and pay 20 buck shipping per figure with others.

Give it a break, I don't need to be a business analyst to know what is going on. I think you give your intelligence too much credit. Just look at past trends and the simple rules of supply and demand.

Get over it all you protecting BBTS and their highest prices online nonesense. They are taking advantange of the demand plain and simple. Is it wrong? Nope, it is Capitalism. Do I like it....guess lol

    Ummm No lol

It was always likely to cost at least as much as Protector.

yea, wow... this worries me of mow much their not devy will cost :( ... Idk if I can justify this price.. I understand the reasoning behind it, lot's of parts=lots of molds=lots of money, but.. not working kind of takes me away from wanting this atm..

EDIT: Now that I've seen it's an auction, I'll wait to see an actual price on an online retailer.. that just seems WAAAAYYYY to high from something that small.. eve Protector wasn't that much first released, was it??

Let's not jump to conclusions boys, until I see an actual pre-order price from BBTS/TFSource/RobotKingdom I am still in. That's the problem with this forum, too many tittybabies jumping the gun.

Is it really necessary to put down people to make an argument?

Do you know if the other products that retail the same everywhere are obtained through the same means as those products that do not? You seem to be assuming that each item BBTS (and all other domestic retailers) imports has a comparable cost.

I do not know what it takes to import these items, nor the costs associated with it. You can speculate all you like, but you do not know either. All we can do as consumers is decide whether we can agree with the final price.

Let's just all agree that this is a marked up price for an item that hasn't been priced yet by the actual company that's going to release the product.

I don't like the speculated $115 any more than you do. I am at odds with your baseless claims about price gouging, which you've stated in almost every, if not all, 3rd party threads.

    Just Herc and now this.

The real problem is that these 3rd party endevours have grown out of most peoples price range. So the tech went up long before they learned to lower the price into peoples range.

And I stand buy my BBTS claim because of the whole Encore Devi thing. I saw it first hand.
