Apparently they do plan on re-issuing Dirge according to TMReviews through Chogoking.

 

Crosshairs aka Reticle was specifically canceled by Maketoys. We have seen a completed figure for Grandmein and no further updates on other figures. I would avoid reading beyond what has been provided on current releases.

 

still nothing about the arm colours on ramjet though. I had assumed itd be fine with the wings on thrust

 

Thanks my friend. I will consider these options but seeing as it might get reissued, I may wait out. That's not a bad price on ActionRobo!

Word! I was watching that Youtube vid of Marcus with Sandborn on 'Run For Cover' - the black and white one with Don Grolnick (sp?) and Hiram Bullock (forgot who was on drums) and decided to change the pic I've had since I joined.

 

If Endgame is going to be rereleased. Is he going to have the upgraded hands? I was considering getting him but since he is going to be rereleased, guess I will wait and see if there is any difference at all.

 

Wish they would've said if Thrust will have a white face/yellow eyes option and if they'll fix Ramjet's arms to be white.

 

So, a Maketoys Seeker meeting is coming!

Not sure how you can think they are outdated as we still have in our collection the likes of Sideswipe from 2012 or Prowl from 2013, now that's what i call outdated, not this. Compared to DS? Yeah definitely I'd prefer have DS conehads, but we have no idea if this is ever going to happen, knowing that DS is no more. Compared to Takara? I had the offical Takara MP52 and i sold that piece of crap a week later, so nope, they do no seem worse than it

 

I particularly love DS seekers bots and alternate modes, but hate the “in between process”, transformation is a nightmare. In the other hand, love MT interpretations, they found a balance with a fun transformation.

That’s why I ended having a lot of seekers from different companies. We are never satisfied.  

 

Instead of a pure re-release, give me toy-colors Dirge!

 

So Tfsource has them up for only $5 more than places like Showz? Sounds like they’re doing some threatening as usual.

 

Cautiously optimistic about Thrust/Ramjet, but not quite confident enough to sell off the MP Coneheads just yet. Even though I'd like nothing better than to get shut of those rickety old bastards. Always hated the MP11 mold...

 

Right now I have the YM Coneheads since at the time I found the pricing for the official ones hilarious. I feel these MT versions would just be a minor upgrade. Think I'll wait for something more in line with the DS/MP52 Seekers.

 

Same boat here except I have Yes Model Coneheads. I want them gone but can't bring myself to let them go until we're SURE on these maketoys versions actually dropping.

 

See, I couldn't find those buggers for love nor money. I did manage to get the takara ones for a good price, but as we all know, that mold has aged about as well as a pint of milk in a sauna.

 

These weren’t on my radar when they first released, but a few days before the announcement of the other two I decided to buy the last Endgame my local retailer had.
And having finally gotten round to taking a look at him, I’m pleasantly surprised.
Stuck him in a line-up with a mix of TT V2 and DS seekers and he fit right in (Though I don’t think he’d work with a fully DS line-up, due to size).
Considering DS are no more and a single TT V2 of the coneheads would likely cost more than all three of the Maketoys, I’m going to grab the other two when they’re released.
To say he blows the TT V1 Dirge away is an understatement, I saw someone above say they wouldn’t bother for such a small upgrade, it’s not small, this thing makes me feel sad that I ever bought the official.

 

So I contacted TF Source about the inaccurate colors, they said they'd forward the message to the manufacturer. Assuming that's true, it could be a good idea if everybody started sending them messages about it.

 

I was kinda expecting that Maketoys will be reopening their online store, but that does not seem on the cards.
