Hello- just a quick mod i did last night, all you need to do is put his hands in boiling water and slide them out of the sockets. On the panels there are clips that the feet should peg into in vehicle mode (not the chunky sliders on the inside of them, the smaller ones about 2 cm away) then, there is a socket on each thigh that 2 small guns can clip into , take the guns out and peg the panels in so that the clips are on the bottom and most of the panel is towards his upper torso, then i took a bullet belt (looks like it would fit on something like a 12' action man) and tied it around him
Great idea here! You don't even really need the water for step one, as those slide with just some gentle but steady pressure.
Aaaahhhhhh I hate to say but it looks more like a skirt to me then extra lard. I don't have the figure yet though so not real sure how much an improvement it is or isn't from stock.
Well I was thinking more like a Gundam style side skirt thing. Not a girly skirt or a kilt so much. It still looks cool, just not really fat.
Yeah. Kinda reminds me of FOC Vortex's skirt actually. There was one mis-transformation or mod somewhere in the Toy forum though that looked really good.
Great simple mod, makes all the difference, I might not bother with the Dr.Wu set now. Yes that's a 1/6 rubber bullet belt, you can get 1/6 metal ones with brass removable bullets and real steel clip links that are all articulated like the 1:1 version, I'll be using some of those; thought they might interest you.
