Here is some good/bad news (depending on your outlook), Bombusbee says that the current incoming batch will be to fill preorders made before March, for preorders after March the next batch will cover those which will be June! So I guess I'm waiting til June since I made my preorder this morning, oh well! I guess they didn't calculate something correctly to receive their first batch to fill all preorders so they are keeping the cheap preorder price in effect here on out. I dont see how that's supposed to be something special for people who already preordered after March up til now, but for anyone that is unsure of getting it now, you have more time to wait and still get it for $183.99 plus shipping, and they say they wont increase shipping charges either.

 

Damn, well May is an expensive month for me anyways so it may be a blessing in disguise. Maybe i can get monocrat in lol

 

The real bad new would be a cancellation. A delay for mw is not a deal breaker, I can wait, there's more toys out there  

 

Preordered. Don't think I can pass this one up.

 

Yeah the most tragic thing about this release is that it's opened the floodgates in my collection to other BB movie figures scaled to teh threezero DLX ones. Now I gotta look out for Monocrat, CE01 oversized bumblebee and one of the blitzwing figures while figuring out what to do with my transcraft bee.

 

Pre-ordered at Bombusbee for a little under 200 EUR. Better than whatever ShowZ is asking  

 

Do you live in the EU? How does it work with Bombusbee with regards to taxes and duties? I know showz guarantees that they'll take care of it for you from experience, so the slight premium in price isn't the biggest deal, but if BBB handles it well it could be a factor to consider for future purchases.

 

Have they shipped it?
I think they are selling the second batch not the first batch?
The price is high due to we dont know the box size. Once someone has a better price we might drop the price and send points to our pre orders customs whom paid in full and ajust the price for the ones didn't pay the balance.
We will have a second batch pre order listing active soon.(We are checking with the factory about the total No. so it takes some time ）

 

I can vouch for this. ShowZ gave me a refund, which actually made my order total a little less than what BBB has it for.

 

Nice. I already paid for the PO for MM-01 to hopefully get closer to the front of the shipping line, but the bonus refund points (if there are any) would be great to put towards Monocrat when that comes out.

 

They haven't shipped any yet but I was referring to their shipping being updated to the item showing what the price will be. Had I known this possible points refund was an option I would have been inclined to keep my preorder but as much as I like this figure, I think it's too expensive. The cheaper option was too attractive! I honestly wouldn't think it would happen on this one though because the price has been rising on an already expensive figure. They say that they are receiving some of the first batch and the rest will carry over to the second batch. In this case I'm fine with getting one from the second batch and saving money.

Now that the price is $280, I dont see it being dropped to less than $230. If there was that big of a possible difference, why raise the price that much in the first place. There's something weird about this figure, feeling like Monocrat all over again!

Based on what ShowZ said, it seems like they raised the price due to high demand. I wasn't interested in Monocrat, so I'm not familiar with its history. Was its piece raised too??
