Looks pretty sleek so far - 10/10 headsculpt - aside maybe from the chest windows, a little too narrow to me. Can't wait to see a painted prototype!

 

Oh man, this is looking amazing. The back looks great. And the proportions are pleasing. I like how the torso is a little longer instead of the squatter one for Newage.

 

So does this mean they are going to do a white version which with the trailer turns into Ultra Magnus or do you still have to get the old one?

Depending on the answer some people might get mad if they just bought the old white version.

I replaced my metallic MST Optimus with the v2 metallic Optimus not too long ago (I don't know how long - 2020 kind of killed off "time" as a concept - but it doesn't feel all that long ago), and it looks like I'm going to be replacing him yet again. I try not to do too much replacing but I'm a sucker for Optimus.

[Edit] Maybe I'll keep my existing Optimus in my display and just display this guy from the back  

 

Prime 2.0 already? Dang MS... This version looks more cartoon accurate, back, chest, arms, legs, head everything.
Instant buy for me, if the transformation has something new to it and the final color way is to my liking.

I'm a big fan of the Prime 1.0 mold, received the reissue 2 days ago and I love it, but this mold can certainly top the 1.0 mold. I'm really looking forward to the other car bots!

That is likely a buy for me... I haven't been itching to replace the first one but... I mean... wow...

I want to see its alt mode... that will be a big deciding factor. But MST usually gets boxy designs fairly well, IMO.

 

The alt mode is in the background of the 1st and 3rd pictures.

I just noticed the hinged wrists on the last pic. Hell yeah!

 

I really only like the cleaner back and larger head. Everything else I'm indifferent on. It seems like they've tried to blend in more of a cartoon appearance and that's now what I like MS figures for.

 

Thx - Totally missed those glimpses. Not totally digging the gap by the front windows but in color it might not be so bad. Besides I guess if I have 1.0, I already have the truck. I kind of hope unless they are making a revised trailer that they don't force us to buy that again, too... but... I won't pin my hopes on that.

So now I'm scouring the background. Magnus? Could that red booster rocket looking thing be a Jetfire/Skyfire? I'm probably suffering from wishful thinking.

For crying out loud. I mean.. I think he looks less derpy than NAs with his better proportioned head, arms and abs, and I like how he doesn’t have visible hinges in the legs, etc. But man, I d much prefer less competition and a better spread of characters so I can just happily buy new molds rather than deliberate for months.

Probably so - darn, I was hoping for a Skyfire from them sooner than later.

 

Looks great, like the proportion but getting tired of so many version of Optimus Prime. Come on give us other Autobots already.
