Can you please show him in truck mode alongside with the normal version? Does he still have the white bar cross the cabin in truck mode? He doesn't have that in the official photos. Thanks!

 

Argh! I have forgotten that the original was black. I was alright with it -- until the blue one shows up!  

I prefer blue, but I'm not going to buy again just for that.

 

^Sorry, another thing the paint and finish did besides tightening up the joints, it made the tolerances on the transformation super tight as well. I started on the legs and gave up because it was warping and scratching.



Anyway, here's a pic of him with NA Toy Megs and that feels really right. Na Megs is just a tad too small for MS Prime, but in any kind of pose, it's not noticeable.

 

What did you dose Primal with?? He is pooping bananas over that battle.

thank you so much for the pics and the info. im so conflicted on what i should do. i really want the clear windows but i am not sure about it.

i either buy the fig and replace the old one or swap the windows and hope they dont look to out of place on the older bot.

i think it could be fudgeable since it is darker on the metallic as well.

 

New Prime variant confirmed!! It’s a sealed box. You have no way to know if there’s actually a figure in there or not. And best of all, if you do open the box, you collapse the quantum wave-form and the box is now empty. It may have had a Prime in there before but as soon as you open the box, its gone. Genius marketing idea.

Not sure if you can just swap the windows - isnt the entire window chest pieces one piece including the surrounds? You’d end up with a metallic red window frame on a flat red bot!

 

risk reward is a funny game. when it works it is amazing when it doesnt ya crap out. i think it might be worth the gamble. like i was saying earlier the clear windows dont really match the metallic bot because the blue as the base made the red a tad too dark.

i dont know i will probably pick this up or wait till after soundwave drops. because i am sure a regular matte prime with clear windows is on the horizon as well with MS.

Switching the windows might be difficult fyi, to me, it looks like they are all one piece.

 

It's some kind of a KO I bought from hzj401 off of ebay. I know, the facial expression is so dumb that it kind of ruins the figure.

It would be great if MS could release Megs, Starscream/Thundercracker/Skywarp, Soundwave with the tapes, Reflector, Menasor, and the Datsuns all before the end of 2020.
