    Now that's an awesome visualization!
    Great job!
I am starting to think that MS is going to have the closest representation to the animation, and that would be my pick.

Yup, that's how I feel, never read the comics or watched anything after the original cartoon, so for me Skyfire is the character's name and Jetfire is just some weird-ass looking toy who doesn't fit in at all aesthetically. Whether or not that makes sense in the grand scheme of the Transformers universe means nothing to me.

I hope Magic Square drops the single hinge hands for the final release. The swap out ones are so much more expressive.

Thanks :)  The longer I did this comparison between NA and MST ver I noticed that I like more MST prototype who is really promises. I'm impatiently waiting for MST Jat/Skyfire, dinos to make a final decision cuz after 30 years of waiting for my favorite characters from toon, I want the best for my collection :)  Anyway regardless of which version people will choose NA or MST, he won't go wrong and they can always have both versions in their collection if they really like them.

Me too. Not a fan of the kung-fu grip looking hand.

Did we already know this height difference between MS and NA Skyfires?

People were saying he was shorter but I don't think we knew it was THAT much shorter. First pic I've seen of them together.

More parts? More features? Maybe they knew what NA was planning???

Maybe MS has a spy in the NA camp? And vice versa?

Like SPY V.S. SPY from Mad magazine?

I'm off to bed, I can't think straight now.

Wow, that is disappointing. NA's version scales the way I want it to with my MS figures, so I'd be okay with MS's version being a little bigger. Smaller, however, just isn't going to work for me.

These pics were posted recently by @magicube , I think the scaling works great, NA Skyfire is a bit too tall imo.

I think so, too; I like the scaling in those pics. Personally, I love NA Skyfire/Jetfire, but he does look a tad too tall to me.

But maybe I need to watch the G1 cartoon again. Maybe I've forgotten just how big of a dude Jetfire/Skyfire was...

Trouble with the cartoon is, scaling was all over the place, for every character basically. I've seen cartoon Skyfire the same size as Megatron, but also double the size :)
It comes down to personal preference in the end.

According to this picture MST Jet/Skyfire it has a good size. This now raises a couple of questions for example If MST Skyfire is shorter than NA and one day when MST Grimlock shows up would be taller than NA Grimlock ( the best scenario would be if MST Gimlock would be taller as Dino but same robot size as NA Grim) just how to align them in size and which one to buy? :D

I dont care he is smaller than NA skyfire, the MST looks fantastic, especially with that Jetfire helmed head.

MS Skyfire and MS Devastator Yellow are my TOP wants right now, and unfortunately, i only got money left for the Skyfire... I really hope the Devy doesnt sell out for several month at Show Z... and hopefully the MS Skyfire releases this year.

I look forward to displaying both together, and maybe along with OS IF Jetfire too.

I always thought NA Jetfire was too tall, especially for other NA figures. And based on the photos showing MS Jetfire standing next to MS Prime and Megs, he looks perfect to me. MS all the way!

I received NA... And I must say its really impressive! I still find the MS torso not being in proportion. Especially the arms seem skinny with that big chest. However I still want the figure in hand to really form a definitive opinion.

What about NA Skyfire? Is he too tall?
Out of curiosity what are you basing your thoughts off? Sunbow official chart scale? Show scale?
    thanks

IMO NA Skyfire is definitely too tall, by a large amount, even with my MS autobots. This one looks about right.
