Could just be my lighting. They do look a bit darker than they probably are. They are about Seige Refractor coloured but a little more pastel.

Unless there were well hidden mine didn’t come with knives. Were they in a baggy?

I'm unable to check right now, but I'm 75% sure they are in their own slots in the packaging. Since I keep the boxes in the basement, I usually keep any baggies in them to put any extra accessories in and put them in a drawer. I do remember thinking it was interesting that something with this many accessories didn't have any bagged accessories. MS does the stacked packaging, did you check all the sections?

I guess it could have also been in the baggie with the instructions and cards, but usually if they put small accessories with those, they're still in a separate little baggy. Owel, I'll check later, if no one else has answered before then.

Just rechecked the box and put everything back in the tray and yeah there is a small empty slot. Guess they are just missing. It’s not the end of the world I don’t really need them.

The knives should have been in that square pocket right above the facing shoulders of the middle and right figure.

    Really, really awesome set.

Such a simple aesthetic and yet still, great articulation. And I'll say it softly as to not invoke any rage, I love the matte nylon plastic.

The box is rather small, especially compared to the pack-of-three seekers.

^Kind of sunbow scale pic and how Reflector sizes with some other MS offerings.

    Side note.
Blaster is way too small, he should be taller than TB but just a smidge shorter than Prime.

Blaster definitely works better with New Age or DX9 stuff. I agree, he's way off here among his own. But I love his height in the collection I've built.

TfWiki says Blaster is 5.5m tall, so at MS Optimus's scale (~1:54) Blaster should be about 10.22cm tall

    Got mine today

I think this must have been the package delivery guy

I'm amazed the figures survived. Even had trouble getting them out of the packaging they came in. That got squished too.

Blaster should be the same size as Soundwave (for half head shorter then Megs or Prime).

My guess is he will be. MST’s Soundwave is an all new mold utilizing all new complex cassette bots that store in his chest. Will probably be closer to Trailbreaker’s height.

i look at the first blaster from MS as a throw away bot. he really is just too small by any standard you try and use. that is especially apparent with what they are trying to create now as well moving forward.

he was from a time when MS was just cranking out random bots with no rhyme or reason. i definitely expect there to be a version 2 somewhere down the line to match up with the new soundwave.

but if it doesnt happen for sometime i am fine with that. i have the MFT version and he will definitely fit the bill as far as size goes.

So he's only 2 millimetres too short? That doesn't seem so bad. Or is tfwiki completely off?

He'd be 5 mm too short going by the measurements above which, if you care about it, is on this scale quite noticable.
