I'd be surprised to see MS sell this one for more than 75$. Even Prime with all the extra stuff is only 80 on thier site.

I think originally, at Show Z, NA Toon Grimlock was somewhere over 60 $ (cant be sure right now, but i thought price closer to 60$, yet their current price is 70$...), and Toon Sludge was 64-65 $, and Toon Swoop was around 58 $.

they sure are taking their sweet time… like, these dinobots appear to be taking a couple months at a time. seems they’ll only have released one bot in the first six months of the year. gonna be a lot of overlap with carbots and another combiner, much less two…

I’m really excited for MS’s next combiner team, but at this rate, it feels like no team is happening. :/ I’m guessing once the three Dinobots are released, MS will be going on with a combiner team? I hope so.

I’m being impatient, I know. lol It’s not like the year’s ending soon or anything.

I just really want to complete a season 1&2 ensemble. I've given up on being able to do even a season 1 with the official masterpiece line.

Looks like the butterfly joints are a bit more solid now. Maybe that's the reason why we're still waiting for a price/release.

Yeah, I think the tail articulation thing is over rated. It breaks the sculpt and requires joints for minimal movement where proper transformation joints could go, MS made the right choice!

As great as he looks, his robot head is still too small, more so with their signature widened proportions. One thing I've noticed, and maybe it's cuz these are "clean" samples we are seeing, but the typical amount of mold flash from MS looks fairly low, this is great! I hope production copies look as clean.

I'm not going to bother translating this since there's no real new info... except that the end! Looks like you can lock the knees in dino mode to prevent it from bending forward if you like while also giving his knees a greater degree of bend backward! That's some impressive engineering!

Yeah with the way grimmy looks overall, don't really care about tail articulation enough to gripe on the boards about it. Thats a minority opinion, which ppl are entitled to, but doesnt bother me. I guess they can stick to Ymir with all his pin holes, leg greeble and lack of dino arm/ leg articulation in exchange. I don't think I've even taken one picture that shows off ymirs tail and he's posed from the front on my shelf mostly, so that's not something I'd want to sacrifice breaking up the toon tail look for.
