Wow... I'm not into MP sized bots, but I'll make an exception for this one (and a MS Megs)  

 

i would rather see them tackle another bot for mp but this looks good if true

 

I’m interested if it isn’t fully painted and is reasonably priced like the first one.

Although I do wonder, does it do anything new for people? Like would people who already have MS-01 or TE-01 as their Optimus switch over to this one?

 

Fuck man, MS OP 2.0 got me to switch to legends. I feel kind of obligated to get this to show my gratitude for the mold - not that I'm complaining of course. You can never have enough MP Primes.

Looks spectacular (big fucking surprise). Honestly, I'm not sure what can really be said about this one. Unlike the first, there will probably be 0 differences between the MP and the legends since the smaller one is basically a (literal) MP shrunken down.

 

I hope they won't forget Trailer this time.

Always wanted MP44 but it's too expensive, so i bought TE01 but i think he looks somewhat pale. If this upscaled version has decent paint then it's a dream come true.

 

I guess it's time for me to dispose of MP-44.

I was just telling myself yesterday how cool it’d be if MS did a MP 2.0. Definitely buying.

TBH, I hope this *isn't* a straightforward OS, as there are elements in both modes of the 2.0 legends version I'm less than thrilled about, but I'm keeping an eye out for this new MP-scale version

 

This really does look great, though I'm worried how they'll handle the trailer. The lack of a trailer option for their 1.0 was the biggest turn off for me about that figure.

(Btw, please don't tell me this is gonna be the main topic for the figure. I hate when the topic title is just a question with incomplete info.)

 

Aw man, I just finished the Transform Element trio (G1, Nemesis, SG).

This is was worse than when I got MS Hound and they announced the repaint a week after he arrived.

If MS has gotta do another MP anything, so wish it could've been Megs or Ironhide/Ratchet.

 

Just speaking for myself, but switch? No. I'm not going to replace anything. Now, supplement? Oh yeah. I'll definitely buy one to put with my MP-10, MS-01, TE-01, KO MP-44, and various other Primes.

 

The panels on the inside of the lower leg and the forearm make this look sort of flimsy, like a cardboard cereal box closure. I don’t think an MP-sized toy would be very stable if directly scaled up from a legends design. I mean, for a hands-off display statue it would be fine, but those little trapezoid-shaped tabs that work so well securing small rigid pieces won’t be so effective at larger scale. I think the engineering will need to be revised, not just made larger.
