i just figured the light blue was just a sample bot that was shipped around. i am hoping all the light blue will be replaced with metallic silver. but if it isn't i will just wait for the metallic bot to drop.
I hope "wait for the better 2nd recolor" won't be a trend with Magic Square Still feeling a little burned on Hound
Just got my request to pay off the pre-order from ShowZ. I wasn't expecting it so soon. Excited for this guy just like all the other recent releases by MS this year.
that final color looks like shit to me and even though it is a cool bot. this will be an easy pass for me and i will wait for the real version to drop.
Hound is the reason I'm skipping Mirage. I liked what I got but repaint looks better, so I'm gonna wait to see Mirage repaint and then decide.
looks great overall (yes better than newage save the deco) but yeah that coloring is....off. not a spot to take artistic license. Maybe they will do one with silver pieces? The pieces of his torso adjaacent to his shoulders look a bit odd to me. in a toon bot those areas shoudl be white. a toy version would tend towards silver...the light blue they used there again off as it is on the feet, knees, front wing etc. also yeah CITA NES. lol. maybe they will do another deco or a toy deco. then again i'm still waitign on their V2 prime for a version with a translucent chest windows (they did have a V1 version like that later on). lol
Everyone's talking about the color, while the only thing that bugs me is the lettering being the same on the arms and legs. Oh well i suppose, I'll accept the sacrifice for a good transformation.

i don't think so. those kind of hooking points have been their bread and butter for a long time now. if they were worried about it they would have just engineered those tabs out like 10 bots ago.
Please, MS, spare my poor wallet! The only thing that irks me is how the CITANES logo is broken up incorrectly, but there's no way to keep this transformation scheme and have the correct layout. Either way, he looks fantastic and I can't wait to get my hands on him!
I keep thinking that I'll just get this one with the awful light blue, just to be safe, and then sell it when the silver parts version is released. But then judging by the comments here, no one will want to buy my light blue parted one, lol. So basically I'd be paying $80 for the one I want. I'm a little apprehensive, but I think I'm skipping this. Think I'm gonna gamble.
