    To be fair it was designed by Shoji Kawamori so he was probably constantly fighting his natural urge to design a jet.
    We're lucky it doesn't have wings. Or maybe it would look better with wings.

    If you grab the hip socket and work it back and forth, it will loosen up and they’re fine. The paint was just a little too thick making it too tight. They are sending replacement sockets but I don’t think it’s necessary if you fiddle with it.

    The leg panel is too tight for the same reason with the paint so either razor the panel peg or the peg slot to remove some of the paint and you’ll be good to go. Dutch is kick ass otherwise.

    Any pics of bot mode yet?
    I'm hoping with this guy we will finally get a decent looking G1 legends Optimus since the Mech Planet version seems to be cancelled.

    That's great news, I very much prefer his look to the others.
    Maybe it's just me but I think DX9's version kinda looks like an inflatable pool toy :)  (it's all the rounded edges)
