Not my thing, but pretty dam good devestator for legends scale. Magic square knows their stuff. Makes me wish they would return to one or two more MP releases.

i think they will get this bot out this year for sure. the days of MS taking years to bring a bot to market should be over. they arent the only kid on the block these days doing G1 like they were before.

so now i would think it is safe to assume that they will want to get these bots out sooner than later. it is the best way to keep NA from taking their potential sales and market space.

Not that impressive, given it's only slightly bigger than an MP Seeker....and the hand is using both combiner and bot mode hands for a perfect wide platform for this type of pose - which is often the downfall of breakdance poses, much more so than the ratchets in the bot itself.

I need to try with my combiners one day, big bots can dance too!

It's why I specifically mentioned Combiners not singular bots, combiner engineering often has limits and flaws especially at a larger size.

Of course it will be easier for a singular bot to achieve this pose, they aren't dealing with multiple in individual parts per limb.

I'm talking about an MP combiner with the combined weight being as posable and limber as a smaller bot

MS Dinobots would be another insta buy for me.
Great to see some action again, after CNY.

So, it will be a busy first half of this year.. Motormaster (maybe the last Stunticon duo as well), Prowl, Shockwave, Magnus armor and perhaps now the first Constructicons as well?

    Wonderful times ahead

If anyone is complaining about the optional toe, it's technically accurate.

This is so true. I just realized the other night that the whole Shattered Glass Jetfire deco is from a couple bad frames of Fire on The Mountain where the animators confused Jetfire with Skywarp.

Here's hoping you and @NOCV are right. Time to figure out another display option for these bots.

Damn, I honestly thought I'd bought my last Transformer, but this looks absolute fire. And I don't even collect Legends! I'm not used to this scale - what sort of price are we likely to be looking at?

For the set, I'm'a guess somewhere in the $200-250 range.

This looks great. Why do I feel like some NA news is going to come now.

Same here. I'm not starting a new collection or anything but this is just too amazing.

A *might* wait for some sort of box-set though with "improvements if any" type of release.

Instead of focusing on Mixmaster----it's Long Haul who has his back change color most obviously. His dump-truck-bed is green. Except Devastator's is purple.

Solution: you know how there were those hot wheels cars that change colour underwater?
Well just add an “add water” step to the transformation

At this point it is looking like the green barrel is just a one off error that stuck with me for whatever reason, though my intent was more about the shrunken down barrel shape being for toon bot mode than the color.

Interesting about SG Jetfire, I'm going to have to look for those errors, I haven't heard of that one before.

It could be anywhere from $30 - $50 per figure, though my guess would be $35 - $40 per. MS tends to be cheaper than NA so it probably won't be at the high end, but I can't say for absolute certainty it won't. We simply don't know enough about the set yet, and how many swap out part options for different looks will be included to really judge how expensive it will get. Their Menasor has a lot of swap out parts for toon and toy look. There is less difference in Devastator than there is in Menasor, but it could still have a fair number of parts.

Because you apparently missed it being posted 10 minutes after this was (and it hasn't been front paged to help you). New Age Legends Scale Devastator | TFW2005 - The 2005 Boards

There was a Transformers precedent in G2. I had one of them, I think maybe Deluge.

EDIT: Apparently I somehow remembered the European name for the figure (Deluge) instead of the US release name Drench. I have no idea how I could have done that as I've never spent much time learning Euro exclusive figures other than Thunderclash.
