I also only have MS' Soundblaster and friends, so this doesn't help me get a sense for their height, not that that's a big deal for me, anyway.

 

For some additional context here, these prototypes are being sold in an auction to raise money for a child with lymphoma.

I own a few, got them before it was thing. I have a quakewave and Bovis prototype (sadly QW looks like a normal qw but if you look at the thread I had him long before release, I was likely literally the first person to collect these)… anyway, once it became a thing and ppl started biting my stylez and shit (bitin- ass n****z) I gave it up… the people that want these will pay through the roof, I wouldn’t be surprised at 500-1000+ for the legends. And honestly, 500 for for jetfire, 4 times it’s retail value for something that’s one of a kind… that’s an extreme lowball. And these mahfks light cigars with benjis.

 

That silver Perceptor looks pretty sharp! I'd buy it. (at non-prototype pricing)

 

I’d spend $500+ for that mirage prototype. I tried to figure out baidu, but even with translations I couldn’t figure it out. Doh!

To be a little more clear - I don’t know where exactly the auction is being held but it’s not on Tieba (Baidu). These pictures and the information were originally shared to a private Magic Square fan group on a different Chinese platform (QQ) by a designer from MS. I don’t think it’s likely anyone outside of China will be able to participate.

I don't have an account on Baidu. There's bound to be someone on this forum who does though.

 

For those interested in the auction, it is taking place in Magic Square's private WeChat group. WeChat is like China's discord, and you need an invite to the group. I can't help with WeChat or Baidu beyond that because both require app installs and I'm not downloading Chinese apps.
