Looks like a low budget version of Cybertron. Second hand voice actors don't sound great either.

Still it looks better than any transformers cartoon I've seen in over ten years, sad as that is.

What really bothers me is that it took them so long to make something so low budget. Did they get caught up in production rights or something? None of the figures featured in this are in production anymore. Why didn't this come out with Devastation? Dragging their heels like this is only going to kill the success of the product.

I'll still check it out because I grew up a G1 fan so this is all candy to me, but I was hoping it could build to something more instead of shooting itself in the foot.

Wow, that was some stilted animation, voice acting, dialogue....just all around unfortunate and unpleasant to behold.

My son is excited. We have been collecting these toys for 18 months and we are finally getting a cartoon to go with it.

The voices are a bit off putting, but they'll just take time to get used to. The animation feels a bit behind the curve when compared to the gorgeous work that was done during the TF Prime era, but it is what it is and I'll deal. Otherwise, this series looks promising. Loads better than RID and 1k better than those early motion comic previews.

I honestly don't think it looks as bad as everyone is making it out to be. If people could sit through the horrid animation of Energon and Cybertron, than this should be even easier because this looks better than that. However I'm not digging Optimus' voice at all.

I can't wait for the series to start, I even got Toonami vibes from the trailer. Has this been confirmed to be full 30min episodes yet?

That... was not a good trailer. Some of the 'puns' or phrases were cringe worthy. Seriously, I know "more than meets the eye" is a series tag line and all, but does it need to be used constantly? The music was a bit grating but I don't know if that's trailer music or a soundtrack from the actual show.

    BUT

I think the show itself looks pretty good :)  The animation is about what I expected for this sort of project and I've got no complaints about the voice acting. If it means getting more animated projects based off of IDW comics then I'll support this as best I can.

Heh, I couldn't take it seriously with Screen Junkies / Honest Trailers guy doing the voiceover. I kept waiting for a smartass punchline the whole time.

meh, it looks okay, certainly better than nuRID, but I wish they could have put just a bit more effort into this.

Character models look good, but the animation and voice-work is pretty bad.

Any hope I had for this show is now gone. I mean, I will try my fucking hardest to go into this with an open mind. And I mean TRY. But this just looks...bad.

The stilted mid 2000s cartoon network animation, the bland voice acting, THE FUCKING EDGE.

This show feels like it is trying way to hard to pander to people who want "mature" transformers.
