well it depends what kind of animator im an animator mainly of sprites but i could tell you afew people i know that could help if you're not looking for a spriter
(Assuming 2d) I suggest in that case you need more than one animator. No one is really going to volunteer do do 80-90% of the show in their own time. Especially considering everyone else in production will be twiddling their thumbs asking "is it done yet?" weeks/ months after vocals are done. There really needs to be a division of labor, and of course, it will make your job as director/ project manager meaningful and rewarding as you get to co-ordinate rather than sit back and wait. I suggest one person, (perhaps ThaConquer?) do the keys from your current storyboard. The amount of tween animators necessary will vary depending on the length and scope of the show. Best of luck with the project, but remember not to burden too much of the work on one person, otherwise they'll probably say FU later!, or lose interest. Edit: Without seeing any concept work its hard to guess the complexity of the characters, thus impossible to say how long it would take, or how many animators you should have. You might find you will gather more support if you actually share your vision for the project. I got nothing from the teaser.
I'll take the advice, but I'd still need some speech to put a teaser together... and yes, ThaConquer is helping me out.
